INFOTECH SYSTEM DAN CYBAGE SYSTEM: PERBANDINGAN ROOM PRODUCTION SYSTEM DI MG BEDBANK YOGYAKARTA

Kerjasama antara MG Bedbank dengan hotel salah satunya adalah pemberian allotment atau jatah kamar yang dijual per hari. MG Bedbank mengatur allotment dapat dijual atau tidak menggunakan sistem. Sistem pertama yang digunakan bernama Infotech Systemkemudian terjadi peralihan sistem baru yaitu Cybage System. Cybage System dianggap belum membantu secara penuh pekerjaan staf Contracting MG Bedbank Yogyakarta untuk close allotmentyang menyebabkan kebobolan kamar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara Infotech System dan Cybage System berdasarkan teori kualitas perangkat lunak oleh ISO 9126. Jenis penelitian ini adalahkualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Data primer berbentuk catatan hasil observasi perbandingan Infotech System dengan Cybage System dan hasil wawancara dengan staf Contracting MG Bedbank Yogyakarta. Data sekunder berbentuk sumber data dari buku, jurnal, artikel, dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan program sistem komputer. Tahap analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Infotech System unggul dalam Functionality dan Usability. Cybage System unggul dalam Reliability, Efficiency, Maintainability, dan Portability. Kenyataannya masalah kebobolan kamar ini bukan terjadi hanya karena Cybage System. Pihak hotel pun tidak mengantisipasi apabila kamar hotel sudah tidak tersedia lagi untuk dijual pada periode tertentu.

One of cooperation between MG Bedbank and the hotel is giving allotment or ration of rooms sold per day. MG Bedbank set that allotment can be sold or not use the system. The first system is Infotech System and then a new system is Cybage System. Cybage System has not been considered to help the work of MG Bedbank Yogyakarta Contracting Staff to close allotment, that cause problems conceding rooms. The purpose of this researchis to determine the comparison between Infotech System and Cybage System based on software quality theory by ISO 9126. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and literature study. The form of primary data in this research are notes from the observation of a comparison of the Infotech System with the Cybage System and the results of interviews with MG Bedbank Yogyakarta Contracting staff. The form of secondary data is data sources from books, journals, articles, and literature about computer system programs. Step of data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and draw a conclusion/verification. The results showed that the Infotech System good in Functionality and Usability. Cybage System good in Reliability, Efficiency, Maintainability, and Portability. In fact the problem of conceding rooms does not occur only because of the Cybage System. The hotel does not anticipate if hotel rooms are no longer available for sale in certain periods.
