This study involves related variables such as psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, and affective commitment to elucidate the impact of leadership empowerment behavior on organizational citizenship behavior. This study is a quantitative research where samples were taken using probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The hypotheses are tested using questionnaire data collected from a sample of 100 sales engineers employees of PT. SI, an industrial manufacturing company in Indonesia. Each statement-items were tested using 5-points likert scale. Primary data is then being processed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. Data results show all hypotheses are supported. More specifically, this study tested five hypotheses. The first hypothesis examines the influence of leadership empowerment behavior on psychological empowerment; the second hypothesis examines the influence of psychological empowerment on job satisfaction; the third hypothesis examines the influence of psychological empowerment on affective commitment; the fourth hypothesis examines the influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; and the fifth hypothesis examines the influence of affective commitment on organizational citizenship behavior.
