COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE: EVALUASI PENERAPAN TATA KELOLA KOPERASI KREDIT PADA KSP CU DHARMA PRIMA KITA, SLEMAN, DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Tata kelola koperasi merupakan suatu struktur dan mekanisme yang digunakan untuk mencapai visi dan misi koperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip koperasi. Penerapan tata kelola koperasi akan menciptakan hubungan yang lebih transparan, mengurangi beberapa risiko dan meningkatkan keamanan sistem koperasi. Namun, tata kelola koperasi di Indonesia mengalami permasalahan pada level legal dan empiris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola koperasi pada KSP CU Dharma Prima Kita, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan beberapa pihak yang dapat mewakili setiap unsur di koperasi. Selain itu, data sekunder berupa dokumen AD/ART, buku Rapat Anggota Tahunan, majalah koperasi dan dokumen lainnya. Data tersebut akan dijelaskan secara rinci dalam setiap aspek tata kelola koperasi yang diperoleh dari Guidelines for Good Practices of Financial Cooperative Governance yang dikeluarkan oleh Banco Central Do Brasil. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tata kelola koperasi yang diterapkan belum optimal, sehingga membutuhkan perbaikan baik dari sisi legal maupun dari koperasi yang bersangkutan.

Cooperative governance is a structure and mechanism used to achieve the vision and mission of cooperatives based on cooperative principles. The application of cooperative governance will create a more transparent relationships, reduce some of the cooperative risks, and improve the security of the cooperative system. However, cooperative governance in Indonesia experience legal and empirical level problems. This study aims to evaluate cooperative governance in KSP CU Dharma Prima Kita, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The primary data were obtained from interviews with several parties who can represent each element in the cooperative. In addition, the study also collects secondary data in the form of AD / ART documents, Annual Member Meeting books, cooperative magazines and other documents. The data will be explained in detail in every aspect of cooperative governance obtained from the Guidelines for Good Practices of Financial Cooperative Governance issued by Banco Central Do Brasil. The results of the study indicate that the overall cooperative governance applied by KSP CU Dharma Prima Kira is not optimal, so that it requires improvements both from the legal side and from the cooperative concerned.
