ANALISIS ANGGARAN PARSIAL USAHA PENGGEMUKAN DOMBA DENGAN PAKAN TAMBAHAN PROTEIN FERMENTASI BLOK MENJELANG IDUL ADHA

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis besarnya perubahan pendapatan usaha penggemukan domba yang diberi pakan tambahan berupa protein fermentasi blok menjelang Idul Adha. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 28 ekor domba jantan yang telah berumur sekitar 1,5 tahun selama 1,5 bulan pemeliharaan dan dilakukan di Usaha Penggemukan Domba "Ternak Desa" di Desa Sumberan, Mlati, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Domba dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu empat belas ekor domba tanpa diberi pakan protein fermentasi blok (kontrol) dan empat belas ekor domba diberi pakan protein fermentasi blok (perlakuan). Kedua kelompok diberikan complete feed sebanyak 3% dari bobot badan berdasarkan bahan kering. Pemberian pakan fermentasi blok sebesar 0,25%. Data yang diambil merupakan data bobot awal ternak, data bobot akhir ternak, pertambahan bobot badan, jumlah pemberian pakan, konsumsi pakan, harga beli domba, harga jual domba, harga complete feed dan harga pakan protein fermentasi blok. Data parameter ekonomi yang diambil antara lain berupa biaya pakan dan penerimaan. Data yang diambil dianalisis menggunakan t-test. Data parameter ekonomi dianalisis menggunakan analisis anggaran parsial. Hasil analisis t-test pada konversi pakan, PBB dan PBBH menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata. Rerata konversi pakan, PBB, dan PBBH pada kelompok domba kontrol berturut-turut adalah 5,41±1,32, 5,18±1,15 kg/ekor, dan 0,12±0,03 kg/ekor. Rerata konversi pakan, PBB, dan PBBH pada kelompok domba perlakuan berturut-turut adalah 3,49±0,66, 8,54±1,87 kg/ekor, dan 0,20±0,04 kg/ekor. Hasil feed cost pergain domba kontrol yaitu Rp51.034,48 dan domba perlakuan sebesar Rp33.007,03. Hasil analisis anggaran parsial diperoleh nilai positif yaitu Rp257.257,14/ekor atau Rp3.601.600,00/kelompok.

The aim of the study was to measure the change in income of the sheep fattening business that was given additional feed in the form of fermented protein block headed to Eid al-Adha. The study was conducted on 28 rams that were around 1.5 years old. The rams were maintenanced for 1.5 months on the Sheep Fattening Business "Ternak Desa" in Sumberan Village, Mlati, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sheep were divided into two groups, first group consist of fourteen rams that were not give fermented-protein block (control) and second group consist of fourteen rams were given fermented-protein block (treatment). Both groups were given complete feed as much as 3% of body weight based on dry matter. The supplementation of fermented-protein block was 0.25%. The data was initial animal weight, livestock final weight, body weight gain, feed given, feed consumption, sheep purchasing price, sheep selling price, complete feed price and fermented-protein block price. Data of economic parameters were feed cost and revenue. The data was analyzed by t-test. The data of economic parameters were analyzed by partial budget analysis. The results of the t-test analysis at FCR, Body gain and average daily gain show significant differences. The mean FCR, body gain and average daily gain in the control sheep group are 5.41±1.32, 5.18±1.15 kg/head, and 0.12±0.03 kg/head, respectively. The mean FCR, body gain and average daily gain in the treated sheep group are 3.49±0.66, 8.54±1.87 kg/head, and 0.20±0.04 kg/head respectively. The results of feed cost for control sheep are IDR 51,034.48 and sheep treated for IDR 33,007.03. The results of the partial budget analysis obtained a positive value of IDR 257,257.14/head or IDR 3,601.600.00/group.
