HUBUNGAN MENGIKUTI AFILIASI ORMAS DENGAN MOTIVASI UNTUK BERSEDEKAH Studi Kasus Muhammadiyah, Nahdhatul Ulama� & Ormas Lain

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara mengikuti afiliasi ormas dengan motivasi bersedekah dengan studi kasus ormas Muhammadiyah, NU, dan ormas lain. Data bersumber dari Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) dengan menggunakan sampel berupa kepala keluarga muslim yang ada di Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ormas Muhammadiyah mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan motivasi sedekah. Sementara itu, ormas NU dan ormas lain terbukti tidak mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan motivasi bersedekah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keikutsertaan dalam afiliasi ormas Islam secara umum kurang mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap motivasi sedekah.

This study aims to find out whether a relationship between following affiliation organizations with motivation to give alms with the case studies of Muhammadiyah, Nu, and other organizations. The Data was sourced from (IFLS) using sample of the heads of muslim families in Indonesia. The results showed that Muhammadiyah organizations had positive and significant relationship with alms motivation. Meanwhlie, NU and other organizations proved to have no significant relationship with the motivation to give alms. So it can be concluded that participation in the affiliation organizations in general lacks a signifinacant relationship to alms motivation.
