METODE PELAKSANAAN INSTALL PRE-CAST PIPERACK PADA PROYEK PENGEMBANGAN SARFAS TUKS MIGAS TERMINAL LPG TANJUNG SEKONG

Dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar gas untuk wilayah provinsi Banten khususnya dan sebagian Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat umumnya perlu pembangunan storage bahan bakar gas di Tanjung Sekong. Pengembangan Sarfas TUKS Migas ini merupakan salah satu proyek yang mendukung proyek LPG Refrigated Tanjung Sekong yang merupakan proyek strategi nasional untuk menjaga security of supply bahan bakar gas nasional. Perlunya metode kerja yang efektif dan juga komponen yang efisien dengan memaksimalkan pekerjaan pre-cast sehingga diperoleh percepatan proyek yang lebih baik. Observasi pelaksanaan install pre-cast piperack dilakukan dengan cara melakukan assessment, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis. kemudian didukung dengan data-data wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, analisis, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil observasi disimpulkan bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan install pre-cast piperack pada proyek pengembangan Sarfas TUKS Migas Terminal LPG di Tanjung Sekong sudah memenuhi syarat/spesifikasi yang tepat. Kemudian pada proses unloading dan erection komponen piperack telah memenuhi syarat untuk kekuatan dan safety factor dengan berat maksimal 6 ton.

In order to meet the needs of gas fuel for the Banten province in particular and part of the DKI Jakarta province, West Java generally needs the construction of gas fuel storage in Tanjung Sekong. The development of the oil and gas TUKS facility is one of the projects supporting the Tanjung Sekong LPG Refrigated projects which is a national strategy project to maintain the security of national gas fuel supply. The need for effective working methods and also efficient component by maximizing pre-cast work so as to obtain better project acceleration. Observation of the implementation of pre-cast piperack installation is done by conducting an assessment, identiflying, and analyzing. then supported by interviews, documentation, observation, analysis, and literature studies. Based on the results of the observation, it was concluded that in general the implementation of pre-cast piperack installation in the oil and gas TUKS facility development project at the LPG terminal in tanjung sekong had met the exact requirements/specification. Then in the process of unloading and erection piperack components have met the requirements for strength and safety factor with a maximum weight of 6 tons.
