ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR KETERLAMBATAN PADA PROYEK PENGEBORAN PT. CHINA OILFIELD SERVICES LIMITED INDO

Sebuah proyek merupakan kegiatan atau upaya sementara dalam jangka waktu yang terbatas untuk membentuk layanan, produk, atau hasil yang unik. Dalam melaksanakan proyek pengeboran di PT. COSL Indo khususnya Proyek 1 hingga Proyek 4 yang terjadi ketidakcocokan antara rencana awal proyek dengan kenyataan dilapangan karena terdapat faktor-faktor penghambat dalam melaksanakan proyek tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari faktorfaktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penambahan waktu pada proyek pengeboran sumur di PT. COSL Indo, membangun model relasi dari faktor-faktor tersebut, dan merumuskan strategi bagi perusahaan agar dapat mengatasi terjadinya penambahan waktu pada proyek kedepannya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada satu perusahaan saja dengan 102 responden yang valid. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat faktor yang memengaruhi kesenjangan tersebut. Dengan mengetahui penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan, perusahaan dapat mencari solusi terbaik agar kedepannya dapat menjadi pembelajaran sehingga tidak terjadi permasalahan yang sama.

A project is a temporary activity or effort within a limited period of time to form unique services, products, or results. In carrying out drilling projects at PT. COSL Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there are a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there are inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of this study is to look the factors that cause for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. The analysis technique used in this study is factor analysis. The location of the study was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are four factors that take affect on time gap. By knowing the cause of the delay, the company can find the best solution for future learning so that the same problems do not occur.
