Pengaruh Orientasi Etika dan Locus of Control terhadap Tingkat Sensitivitas Etis

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi etika dan locus of control terhadap tingkat sensitivitas etis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan total sejumlah 174 responden dari S1 Akuntansi FEB UGM yang sudah/sedang mengambil mata kuliah pengauditan 1 dan etika bisnis. Pengaruh orientasi etika dan locus of control diukur dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi etika idealisme dan locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat sensitivitas etis. Sementara itu, orientasi etika relativisme berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat sensitivitas etis.

This research aims to examine the effect of ethical orientation and locus of control on their ethical sensitivity. This is a quantitative research using primary data that is obtained through questionnaires. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling which consists of 174 respondents from Undergraduate Accounting of FEB UGM who have taken auditing 1 and business ethics. Multiple Linear Regression is used to measure the impact of ethical orientation and locus of control on ethical sensitivity. The result of this research indicated that ethical orientation (idealism) and locus of control have a positive effect towards individual's ethical sensitivity. Meanwhile, the ethical orientation (relativism) has a negative effect towards individual's ethical sensitivity.
