KORELASI KONFORMITAS TEMAN SEBAYA DAN RELIGIOSITAS DENGAN PERILAKU SEKS BEBAS DALAM NOVEL FATATU LAILIN KARYA UMNIYYAH ISSAM

Novel Fatatu Lailin karya Umniyyah Issam mengusung tema seks bebas pada remaja yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh teman sebaya dan religiositas. Baik buruknya perilaku teman sebaya dapat mempengaruhi individu untuk melakukan perilaku yang menunjukkan keseragaman atau kesamaan sebagai bentuk tindakan konformitas. Selain hal tersebut, religiositas juga memiliki peran dalam perubahan perilaku seseorang. Penelitian ini membahas bentuk konformitas teman sebaya serta korelasinya dengan religiositas dan perilaku seks bebas dalam novel Fatatu Lailin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, mengungkap bagaimana bentuk konformitas teman sebaya dan bagaimana korelasi antara konformitas teman sebaya dan religiositas dengan perilaku seks bebas dalam novel Fatatu Lailin karya Umniyyah Issam. Teori yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori psikologi sosial konsep konformitas Solomon E Asch dan teori bantu religiositas C.Y. Glock dan R. Stark dengan menggunakan metode analisis penokohan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa bentuk konformitas yang dialami oleh tokoh-tokoh remaja dalam novel adalah konformitas negatif. Dalam novel ini ditemukan bahwa, konformitas teman sebaya memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan perilaku seks bebas pada tokoh dalam novel, sedangkan religiositas pada tokoh memiliki korelasi negatif dengan perilaku seks bebas. Maka, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat korelasi antara konformitas teman sebaya dan religiositas dengan perilaku seks bebas pada tokoh dalam novel Fatatu Lailin karya Umniyyah Issam.

The novel Fatatu Lailin by Umniyyah Issam carries the theme of free sex in adolescents related to peer influence and religiosity. Both the bad behavior of peers can influence individuals to perform behaviors that show uniformity or similarity as a form of conformity action. Besides this, religiosity also has a role in changing one's behavior. This study discusses the form of peer conformity and its correlation with religiosity and free sex behavior in the novel Fatatu Lailin. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the form of peer conformity and how the correlation between peer conformity and religiosity with free sex behavior in the novel Fatatu Lailin by Umniyyah Issam. The theory used in this research is the theory of social psychology, the concept of Solomon E Asch conformity and the theory of religiosity aids of C.Y. Glock and R. Stark using characterization analysis methods. The results of this study reveal that the form of conformity experienced by teenage characters in the novel is negative conformity. In this novel it is found that, peer conformity has a positive correlation with free sex behavior in the characters in the novel, while religiosity in the characters has a negative correlation with free sex behavior. So, it can be seen that there is a correlation between peer conformity and religiosity with free sex behavior on the characters in the novel Fatatu Lailin by Umniyyah Issam.
