Strategi Pemulihan Berorientasi Efisiensi dan Entrepreneurial Pada Perusahaan yang Mengalami Kesulitan Keuangan: Studi Kasus PT. SLJ Global Tbk

Penelitian ini menganalisis fokus pemilihan strategi yang sebaiknya dipilih oleh PT SLJ Global Tbk pada siklus pemulihan di tahun 2016 dan 2017, serta menganalisis strategi pemulihan terbaik PT SLJ Global Tbk berdasarkan model proses turnaround Smith dan Graves (2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi, analisis deskriptif, dan uji beda. Analisis isi untuk mengetahui fokus strategi apa yang dipilih PT SLJ Global Tbk pada siklus pemulihan. Analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi pemulihan terbaik perusahaan dari model proses turnaround Smith dan Graves (2005). Uji beda chi square untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat keterkaitan antara kondisi perusahaan dan strategi pemulihan. Uji beda Friedman Two Way ANOVA untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan telah mengalami peningkatan kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT SLJ Global Tbk memilih fokus strategi entrepreneurial pada siklus pemulihan di tahun 2016 dan 2017. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan antara kondisi perusahaan dan strategi pemulihan. Hasil dari model proses turnaround Smith dan Graves (2005) menunjukkan bahwa PT SLJ Global Tbk sebaiknya berfokus menggunakan strategi entrepreneurial. Hasil uji Friedman Two Way ANOVA menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja. Salah satu fokus utama dalam penelitian ini ialah menganalisis strategi yang fokus digunakan oleh suatu perusahaan berdasarkan indikator analisis isi dan menganalisis strategi terbaik perusahaan dari model proses turnaround Smith dan Graves (2005). Belum ada penelitian dengan metoda analisis isi yang menggabungkan dengan model proses turnaround. Fokus strategi yang dipilih oleh perusahaan belum tentu menggambarkan strategi terbaik apabila dilihat dari kondisi keuangan.

This study analyzed the focus of selection strategies that should be selected by PT SLJ Global Tbk in the recovery cycle of 2016 and 2017, and it analyzed PT SLJ Global Tbks best recovery strategies based on the Smith and Graves turnaround process model (2005). This study used content analysis, descriptive analysis, and comparative tests. Content analysis was used to determine the focus of the strategy chosen by PT SLJ Global Tbk in the recovery cycle. Descriptive analysis analyzed the companys best recovery strategy from Smith and Graves (2005) turnaround process model. Chi-square comparative test was used to determine whether the condition of a company and the recovery strategy has a context. Friedmans Two Way ANOVA was used to determine whether the company has experienced an increase in its performance. The results of the study show that PT SLJ Global Tbk chose the entrepreneurial strategy focus in the recovery cycle in 2016 and 2017. The chi-square test result showes that there was a context between company conditions and its recovery strategies. The result of the Smith and Graves turnaround process model (2005) showed that PT SLJ Global Tbk should focus on using entrepreneurial strategies. The Friedman Two Way ANOVA test result showed an increase in performance. One of the main focuses in this research is analyzing focused strategies used by a company based on content analysis indicators and analyzing the best strategies of the company from the Smith and Graves turnaround process model (2005). There has been no research with content analysis methods that combine with the turnaround process model. The focus of the strategy chosen by a company does not necessarily reflect the best strategy when viewed from financial conditions.
