Metode Pelaksanaan Fondasi Bored Pile Pada Proyek Perkantoran MTH 27 Office Suites

Fondasi bored pile merupakan jenis fondasi yang digunakan pada proyek pembangunan MTH 27 Office Suites. Metode pelaksanaan fondasi ini menggunakan metode basah pada saat pengeboran lubang bor. Metode basah menggunakan tambahan polimer berjenis polyacrylamide untuk mengurangi kelongsoran pada lubang bor. Metode pelaksanaan fondasi ini dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung proses pelaksanaan di lapangan. Data-data yang berkaitan diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan metode basah dengan polyacrylamide harus dikendalikan mutunya secara kontinu. Polymer slurry dikendalikan mutunya dengan melakukan pengujian berat jenis, viskositas, sand content dan indikator pH. Hasil dari pengujian berat jenis didapatkan 1,0255 g/ml.
