PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI BIBIT KOPI PADA PETANI KOPI DUSUN MENTISARI, DESA MENTO, KECAMATAN CANDIROTO, KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

Bibit kopi adalah produk yang diproduksi oleh petani kopi Dusun Mentisari, Desa Mento, Kecamatan Candiroto, Kabupaten Temanggung. Pada mulanya bibit kopi ini dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kebun para petani sendiri. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, ternyata peminat akan bibit kopi ini semakin meningkat sehingga menjadi pendapatan tambahan para petani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis gunakan dalam menyusun tugas akhir ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode kuantitatif deskriptif adalah metode dimana data yang dikumpulkan disusun, dikelompokkan, diinterpretasikan, dan dianalisis untuk mengetahui harga pokok produksi bibit kopi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan petani lebih rendah dibanding perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dilakukan penulis. Terdapat selisih yang disebabkan karena petani belum memasukan seluruh unsur biaya yang berkaitan dengan proses produksi.

Coffee seedlings are products that produced by coffee farmers in Dusun Mentisari, Desa Mento, Kecamatan Candiroto, Kabupaten Temanggung. At first, the coffee seedlings were planted based on the needs of the farmers own gardens. As time goes by, the enthusiasts of coffee seedlings are increasing, it becomes an additional income for the farmers. The methodology used by the writer in this research is descriptive quantitative. Descriptive quantitative method is a method where the data collected is arranged, grouped, interpreted, and analyzed to calculate the cost of goods manufactured of coffee seedlings. The result of the research showed that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by the farmers is lower than the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by the writer. There is a difference due to the fact that the farmer have not included the cost of all elements to production process
