KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN USAHA TERNAK SAPI POTONG SISTEM KANDANG KELOMPOK TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA PETERNAK DI KECAMATAN BANGUNTAPAN KABUPATEN BANTDL

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menentukan besarnya pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong dan kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan usahatani serta terhadap pendapatan keluarga 2) Menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan dan 3) Menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kontribusi pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong. penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten BantiHr~li5TTgnTrinengaintrrt 66 responden yang tersebar di enam betas kandang kelompok dengan metode purpQsive convenience sampling untuk pengambilan data primer, sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari instansi terkait. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua bulan menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan perhitungan secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan terhadap usahatani dan keluarga.-jlAnalisis regresi berganda dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dan terhadap kontribusi pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan variabel bebas (biaya pakan, kepemilikan, penjualan, pembelian, luas lahan pertanian dan pendapatan di luar usahatani) secara bersamasama menunjukkan pengaruh nyata dengan R2 = 98,9% dan persamaan regresinya adalah Y = -68123,958 - 0,611Xi - 184991,086X2 + 0,997X3 -1,013X4 + 12,347X5 - 1,627X6. Secara .parsla1 berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) adalah biaya pakan, penjualan dan pembelian ternak. Kepemilikan ternak dan pendapatan di luar usahatani berpengaruh secara nyata (P<0,05) sedangkan luas lahan pertanian berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pendapatan usaha sapi potong. Analisis ini juga dilakukan terhadap kontribusi pendapatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel bebas (biaya pakan, kepemilikan, penjualan, luas lahan pertanian dan pendapatan di luar usahatani) yang secara bersama-sama berpengaruh tidak nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dari usaha ternak sapi potong Rp 1.649.547,00 per tahun. Pendapatan ini memberikan kontribusi sebesar 57,19% terhadap pendapatan usahatani dan 27,13% terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendapatan usaha ternak sapi potong dapat membantu perekonomian rakyat. (Kata kunci: Sapi Potong, Kandang Kelompok, Pendapatan, Kontribusi Pendapatan)

The objectives of this research are 1) Measuring the income of the cattle beef farming that is followed by assessing its contribution to the farmer's family revenue 2) Determining any possible factors that might influence the income 3) Determining any possible factors that might influence the income contribution. This research was held in Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency taking 66 respondents from sixteen different group stable.^The purposive convenience sampling methods are used to collect primary data while the information that is taken from related institutions will be the secondary data. This research was conducted in two months using survey and interview method through questioners form. The collected data is assessed in order to find the income contribution to the farming group and also to the family. —Double regression analysis is proceeded in order to discover possible factors that affect\ the income and the income contribution to the' cattle beef farming group. The analysis result shows ^Jrhe—dndependent jvafiables such as feeding cost, ownership, /dTeTlingy buying,^(rarmrangej'and non-farming income collectivelry^tfhat have a significant influence to the income of cattle beef farming with R2 = 98,9% to the regression equality of Y = -68123, 958 - 0, 611Xj. - 184991, 086X2 + 0, 997X3 - 1,013X4 + 12, 347X5 - 1, 627X6 . Partially feeding cost, ownership, cattle selling and cattle buying give the actual influence (P<0.01). The ownership of the cattle and non-farming income shows a significant influence (P<0.05), while farming range shows that it does not act-ua-±'ty'''Tnriuence the income of the cattle beef farming. This analysis is also done showing independent variables namely feeding cost, ownership, selling, farm range and non-farming income collectivelly shows that there's no significant influence to the income contribution. The research result shows that the value Rp 1.649.547,00 per year. This income contributes 57,19% to the income of the farming group and 27,13% to the income each family.
