Sebuah proyek konstruksi menghadapi banyak masalah maka dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik.Sebuah evaluasi dalam bentuk rapat untuk membahas semua permasalahan yang terjadi didalam proyek.penelitian ini pada sebuah proyek konstruksi dengan menganalisis hasil rapat proyek konstruksi,kemudian mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang dibahas kemudian mengelompokkannya dalam beberapa kategori dan hasil akhirnya adalah permasalahan yang sering dihadapi

A Construction project faces many problems so it requires a good management, evaluation in the form of an internal meeting that discusses all the problems that occur in the project.Research on a construction project by analyzing the result of a construction project meeting, and then identify the things had been discussed in each meeting and then group them into several categories and then the results find out the most faced problems
