PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE PELAPORAN INSIDEN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH WATES

Latar Belakang: Pelaporan insiden di RSUD Wates hingga saat ini masih dilaksanakan manual menggunakan formulir. Namun, formulir tersebut tidak selalu tersedia di bangsal karena sebagian formulir ada yang tercecer dan hilang. Selain itu, pengisian formulir secara manual memungkinkan pengisian item data tidak lengkap, tidak konsisten, dan berkualitas rendah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dikembangkan sistem pelaporan elektronik insiden keselamatan pasien untuk mengetahui secara konkret angka kejadian insiden di RSUD Wates. Tujuan: Menghasilkan rancangan user interface sistem pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien yang bernama SIMIKPA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelaporan Insiden Keselamatan Pasien) pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates. Metode: Tahap perancangan ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan menerapkan framework Sistems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil: Hasil perancangan ini adalah rancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari use case dan activity diagram, rancangan struktur menu, dan rancangan user interface yang terdiri dari tujuh menu, yaitu dashboard, laporan, kelola laporan, rekapitulasi, pedoman, profil dan data user. Kesimpulan: Rancangan user interface SIMIKPA dibuat sesuai dengan analisis kebutuhan dan disetujui oleh pengguna. Kata Kunci: User Interface, Pelaporan, Insiden Keselamatan Pasien

Background: The incidents reporting at the Wates Regional Public Hospital are still carried out manually using forms. However, the form is not always available on the ward because some forms are scattered and lost. In addition, manually filling out the forms allows filling in incomplete, inconsistent and low-quality data items. According to that result, this hospital needs to develop an electronic reporting system for patient safety incidents to concretely determine the incidence of incidents in Wates Regional Public Hospital. Objective: To produce a user design interface of patient safety incident reporting system called SIMIKPA (Management Information System of Patient Safety Incident Reporting) at Wates Regional Public Hospital. Method: This design phases use the Research and Development method by applying the framework of the Sistems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Result: The results of this design are the design of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of use case and activity diagrams, menu structure design, and user interface design consisting of seven menus, namely dashboards, reports, managing reports, recapitulation, guidelines, profiles and user data. Conclusion: The design of the SIMIKPA user interface is made according to the needs analysis and approved by the user. Keywords: Interface, Reporting, Incident of Patient Safety
