FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KURANGNYA PEMELIHARAAN DAN SISTEM PENYIMPANAN BERKAS REKAM MEDIS DI RSU PKU MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL

Latar Belakang : Ruang penyimpanan berkas rekam medis RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul belum sepenuhnya memadai baik dari aspek kerahasiaan maupun dari aspek keamanan. Beberapa hal ditemukan sebagai faktor penyebab yang mengancam keamanan penyimpanan berkas rekam medis di ruang penyimpanan RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Hal ini dapat mengganggu keberlanjutan pemberian pelayanan terhadap pasien di mana berkas rekam medis sebagai alat pendokumentasian. Tujuan : mengetahui pemeliharaan fisik berkas rekam medis dan sistem penyimpanan di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Jenis Rancangan Penelitian ini ialah dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Peneliti menggunakan empat subjek penelitian dan dua objek penelitian. Hasil : Kondisi ruang penyimpanan berkas rekam medis saat ini di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul tidak memadai dari segi fasilitas dan sarana prasarana. Kondisi tersebut mempengaruhi pemeliharaan di ruang penyimpanan berkas rekam medis. Faktor penyebab lain yang mempengaruhi ialah faktor sumber daya manusia, keuangan, lingkungan, dan perlengkapan yang ada di dalam ruang penyimpanan. Hal-hal tersebut menyebabkan ancaman keamanan dan kerahasiaan berkas rekam medis. Di samping itu keergonomisan dan K3 di ruang filing juga tidak terlalu diperhatikan dalam tata susun ruang filing-nya. Kesimpulan : Luas ruangan filing tidak sebanding dengan pertambahan rak dan berkas rekam medis menyebabkan ketidakergonomisan, mengancam K3, dan bentuk bangunan.Perlunya pengembangan sistem paperless atau penyesuaian kebutuhan luas ruang penyimpanan. Selain itu, perlu peningkatan pelatihan terkait keamanan dan kerahasiaan berkas rekam medis dan penyesuaian kualifikasi serta keterampilan petugas filing.

Background: The storage space of the medical record file of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul has not been fully adequate both in terms of confidentiality and security aspects. Some things were found as a causative factor that threatened the security of the storage of medical record files in the storage room of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Bantul. This can interfere with the continuity of service delivery to patients where the medical record file is a documentation tool. Objective: to determine the physical maintenance of medical record files and storage systems in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. Methods: This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The type of design of this study is the phenomenology approach. The researcher used four research subjects and two research objects. Results: The current condition of the medical record file storage in RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul is inadequate in terms of facilities and infrastructure. This condition affects to maintenance in the medical record file storage room. Other contributing factors are human, financial, environmental, and equipment factors in the storage room. These things cause threats to security and confidentiality of medical record files. In addition, the ergonomics and K3 (security, health, and work safety) in the filing room are also not considered in the arrangement of the filing room. Conclusion: The size of filing room is not comparable with the increase of shelves and medical record files causing non-ergonomics, threatening K3 (security, health, and work safety), and the shape of the building. The need for a paperless system development or adjusting the broad needs of storage space. In addition, training needs to be improved regarding the security and confidentiality of the medical record.
