ANALISIS KECUKUPAN KEBUTUHAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KESEHATAN UNIT REKAM MEDIS DENGAN METODE WISN DAN ABK KES DI PUSKESMAS MERTOYUDAN 1

Latar Belakang: Puskesmas Mertoyudan 1 hanya memiliki 1 petugas rekam medis dengan latar belakang pendidikan formal rekam meds. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, petugas rekam medis dibantu oleh bendahara dan staf administrasi yang tidak memiliki dasar pendidikan rekam medis. Dikarenakan petugas yang melewati masa pendidikan rekam medis hanya 1 orsng, menyebabka proses pelayanan rekam medis mengalami penumpukan dan rangkap pekerjaan. Tujuan: Menghitung kebutuhan sumber daya manusia kesehatan berdasarkan WISN (Work Load Indicator Staff Need) dan ABK Kes (Analisis Beban Kerja Kesehatan) di Puskesmas Mertoyudan 1. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ABK Kes sebanyak 2 orang dengan rincian 1 petugas di bagian pendaftaran dan filing serta 1 petugas di bagian input kode diagnosis, sedangkan hasil perhitungan WISN sebanyak 3 orang dengan rincian 1 petugas di bagian pendaftaran, 1 petugas di bagian filing, dan 1 petugas di bagian input kode diagnosis. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan analisis pengambilan keputusan yang optimal dengan model rasional, dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia di unit rekam medis sebanyak 3 orang dengan metode WISN, dengan adanya 1 petugas yang sudah tersedia, Kepala Puskesmas Mertoyudan 1 perlu mengadakan penambahan petugas sebanyak 2 orang. Background: Puskesmas Mertoyudan 1 only has 1 medical record officer with a formal medical record background. In the process of implementation, medical record officer is assisted by treasurer and administrative staff who do not have the basis of medical record education. Because the officers who passed the education period of the medical record were only 1 person, causing the medicaal record service process to accumulate and duplicate positions. Objective: Calculate health human resource needs based on WISN (Work Load Indicator Staff Need) and ABK Kes (Health Workload Anlysis) at Puskesmas Mertoyudan 1. Methods: The type of research used in quantitative descriptive research with a case study design. Data collection techniques used were observation, study documentation, and interviews. Result: Based on the results of the calculation of the ABK Kes as many as 2 people with details 1 officer in the registration and filing section and 1 officer in the diagnosis code input section, while the WISN calculation result as many as 3 people with details 1 officer in the registration section, 1 officer in the filing section, and 1 officer in the input diagnosis code. Conclusion: Based on an optimal decision-making analysis with a rational mofel, 3 human resources in the medical record unit are needed by the WISN method, with 1 officer already available, the Head of the Puskesmas Mertoyudan 1 needs to hold an additional staff of 2 people.
