Efektivitas Penyuluhan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan Penyakit Menular Seksual Pada Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri Sokowaten Baru

Latar Belakang: Remaja memerlukan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dimulai saat mereka memasuki tahap remaja awal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan untuk mencegah masalah terkait dengan kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi remaja terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang penyakit menular seksual pada siswa kelas VI SDN Sokowaten Baru. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Sokowaten Baru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji valid dan reliabel. Analaisis data menggunakan paired samples t-test (p: 0,05). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyuluhan efektif diberikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan penyakit menular seksual pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Sokowaten Baru. Hasil pemberian penyuluhan berdasarkan data pretest dan posttest menunjukkan hasil p value 0,001 (< 0,05). Kesimpulan: penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja efektif dalam peningkatan pengetahuan penyakit menular seksual pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Sokowaten Baru. Background: Adolescents need knowledge about reproductive health starting when they enter the early teenage stage. One way to increase adolescent knowledge about reproductive health is to provide health education to prevent problems related to reproductive health in adolescents. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of adolescent reproductive health counseling on increasing knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases in class VI Sokowaten Baru Elementary School. Method: The research method uses a pre-experimental design. The research sample was 73 respondents. Sampling uses a total sampling technique to class VI students of the New Sokowaten State Elementary School. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested valid and reliable. Data analysis using paired samples t-test (p: 0.05). Results: The results showed that effective counseling was given in increasing the knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases in class VI students at the Sokowaten Baru Elementary School. The results of giving counseling based on pretest and posttest data showed the results of the p value 0,001 (< 0.05). Conclusions: Counseling on adolescent reproductive health were effective in increasing knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases in class VI students at the Sokowaten Baru Elementary School.
