PERSEKUSI DI INDONESIA PADA ERA REFORMASI (2014-2017) DITINJAU DARI FILSAFAT POLITIK MACHIAVELLI

Tindakan persekusi di Indonesia belakangan ini menjadi permasalahan yang sangat mengganggu. Persekusi yang terjadi di Indonesia pada era reformasi (2014 – 2017) melibatkan tidak hanya individu atau kelompok, akan tetapi juga melibatkan penguasa, baik penguasa secara langsung sebagai pelaku melalui aparat keamanan, atau secara tidak langsung melakukan politik pembiaran terhadap persekusi yang terjadi.Berdasarkan alasan tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul "Persekusi Di Indonesia Pada Era Reformasi (2014-2017) Ditinjau dari Filsafat Politk Machiavelli". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pemikiran filsafat politik Machiavelli sebagai objek formal untuk menganalisis persekusi di Indonesia pada era reformasi (2014-2017) sebagai objek material. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian filosofis kualitatif dengan sumber data melalui studi kepustakaan.Sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah buku Sang Penguasa dan Diskursus karya Machiavelli serta Sisi Gelap Demokrasi : Kekerasan Madani di Indonesia karya Mubarak dan Virgilante Politics karya Rosenbaum. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode hermeneutika filosofis. Penelitian ini menggunakan unsur-unsur metodis deskripsi,interpretasi dan hermeneutika. Hasil penelitian ini mencangkup tiga hal. Pertama memperoleh deskripsi yang lebih mendalam tengtang unsur-unsur filsafat politk Machiavelli. Kedua adalah memperoleh pemahaman komperhensif tentang persekusi di Indonesia pada era reformasi (2014-2017). Ketiga adalah Memperoleh hasil analisis tentang teori kekuasaan politik Machiavelli dalam meninjau tindakan persekusi yang terjadi di Indonesia.

The act of persecution in Indonesia has recently become a very disturbing problem. Persecution that occurred in Indonesia in the reform era (2014 - 2017) involved not only individuals or groups, but also involved the authorities, both the authorities directly as perpetrators through the security apparatus, or indirectly carried out political omission against the persecution that occurred. The researcher is interested in conducting research under the title "Persecution in Indonesia in the Reformation Era (2014-2017) Judging from Machiavelli's Politk Philosophy". This study aims to explain Machiavelli's political philosophical thinking as a formal object to analyze persecution in Indonesia in the reform era (2014-2017) as a material object. This research is a qualitative philosophical study with data sources through library studies. The primary data sources of this study are the books of the Ruler and Discourse by Machiavelli and the Dark Side of Democracy: Civil Violence in Indonesia by Mubarak and Rosenbaum Virgilante Politics. The analytical method used is the philosophical hermeneutics method. This research uses methodical elements of description, interpretation and hermeneutics. The results of this study include three things. First, get a deeper description of the elements of Machiavelli's political philosophy. Second is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of persecution in Indonesia in the reform era (2014-2017). Third is to obtain the results of an analysis of the theory of Machiavelli's political power in reviewing the acts of persecution that took place in Indonesia.
