EVALUASI EFEKTIVITAS WAKTU PENGECORAN MENGGUNAKAN CONCRETE BUCKET TOWER CRANE DAN CONCRETE PUMP PADA PROYEK RUSUN DAAN MOGOT JAKARTA BARAT

Pekerjaan pengecoran merupakan salah satu pekerjaaan yang penting dalam proyek konstruksi. Pekerjaan pengecoran dapat dilakukan dengan dua jenis peralatan pengecoran, pengecoran menggunakan Concrete Bucket Tower Crane dan Concrete Pump. Setiap jenis peralatan pekerjaan memiliki lama pengerjaan yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan jenis peralatan yang tepat dapat mempersingkat waktu kerja pengecoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi terhadap peralatan pengecoran yang digunakan berdasarkan waktu efektif yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini akan diterapkan pada Proyek Rusun Daan Mogot dengan memperhitungkan waktu efektif, contributory time, dan idle time pada pekerjaan pengecoran plat dan balok menggunakan Concrete Bucket Tower Crane dan Concrete Pump. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu efektif yang dihasilkan dari pekerjaan pengecoran setiap 1 m3 dengan menggunakan Concrete Bucket Tower Crane sebesar 7.39 menit dari 20,29 menit total durasi, sedangkan dengan menggunakan Concrete Pump waktu efektif pengecoran pekerjaan yang dihasilkan sebesar 3,61 menit dari 6,43 menit total durasi.

Casting work is one of the important jobs in a construction project. Casting work can be done with two types of casting equipment, casting using Concrete Bucket Tower Crane and Concrete Pump, each type of casting equipment has a different processing time. Therefore, choosing the right type of casting equipment can shorten the casting work's time. The porpose of this study is to evaluate casting equipment used based on the effective time produced. This research will be applied in Rusun Daan Mogot project by calculating the effective rime, contributory time, and idle time in plate and beam of casting work using the Concrete Bucket Tower Crane and Concrete Pump. The result showed that the effective time generated from casting work every 1 m3 using Concrete Bucket Tower Crane was 3,61 minutes of 20,29 minutes of total duration, while using the Concrete Pump the effective time of casting work produced was 7,39 minutes of 6,43 minutes of total duration.
