Maksud dari penilaian ini adalah untuk menentukan estimasi Nilai Pasar dari Rumah di Taman Galaxi Jalan Pulo Sirih Barat VI Blok XX No XX Kelurahan Jaka Setia Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan Kota Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan tujuan untuk penjaminan utang. Alat analisis yang digunakan berupa Pendekatan Pasar dan Pendekatan Biaya. Hasil penilaian pada tanggal 2 Juli 2019 menghasilkan Nilai Pasar sebesar Rp1.674.232.000,- (Satu Miliar Enam Ratus Tujuh Puluh Empat Juta DuaRatus Tiga Puluh Dua Ribu Rupiah). Nilai tersebut adalah hasil rekonsiliasi dari Nilai Pasar dengan Pendekatan Pasar yaitu sebesar Rp1.769.665..000,- (Satu Miliar Tujuh Ratus Enam Puluh Sembilan Juta Enam Ratus Enam Puluh Lima Ribu Rupiah) dan Nilai Pasar dengan Pendekatan Biaya yaitu sebesar Rp1.556.415.000,- (Satu Miliar Lima Ratus Lima Puluh Enam Juta Empat Ratus Lima BelasRibu Rupiah) serta Nilai Likuidasi sebesar Rp1.171.962.000,- (Satu Miliar Seratus Tujuh Puluh Satu Juta Sembilan Ratus Enam Puluh Dua Ribu Rupiah)

The purpose and objective of this assessment is to determine the Market Value estimation of shopehouse in Taman Galaxi Pulo Sirih Barat VI Street Block XX Number XX At Jaka Setia Village South Bekasi Sub District Bekasi City West Java Province for the purpose of debt guarantee. Analyzer used in the form of Market Approach and Cost Approach. The assessment results on July2nd, 2019 resulted in Market Value of Rp Rp1.674.232.000,- (One Billion Six Hundred and Seventy Four Million Two Hundred and Thirty Two Thousand Rupiah). The value is a reconciliation of Market Value with Market Approach of Rp1.769.665.000,- (One Billion Seven Hundred and Sixty Nine Million Six Hundred and Sixty Five ThousandRupiah) and Market Value with Cost Approach of Rp1.566.415.000,- (One Billion Five Hundred and Sixty Six Million Four Hundred and Fifty Hundred Rupiah). The Liquidation Value resulting from this valuation is 70 percent of Market Value, which is Rp1.171.962.000,- (One Billion One Hundred and Seventy One Million Nine Hundred and Sixty Two Thousand Rupiah).
