PEMBUATAN WEBGIS SITUS BUDAYA DI KECAMATAN KOTAGEDE DENGAN VISUALISASI FOTO SFERIS 360 DERAJAT

Kotagede merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kota Yogyakarta yang memiliki potensi industri wisata budaya. Hal ini dikarenakan Kotagede merupakan kota tua bekas Ibukota Kerajaan Mataram Islam yang memiliki banyak benda atau bangunan cagar budaya. Sebagai titik pusat kebesaran Kerajaan Mataram Islam, Kotagede menjadi tempat wisata bersejarah sampai saat ini serta merupakan kota warisan (heritage) yang berpotensi bagi kemakmuran masyarakatnya. Situs budaya di Kotagede dapat disajikan dalam bentuk sistem informasi geografis (SIG) yang berkaitan dengan aspek keruangan serta dengan memanfaatkan teknologi visual secara dinamis yaitu foto sferis 360 derajat . Pemanfaatan foto sferis 360 derajat dalam sistem informasi ini, memudahkan pengguna untuk mengetahui lingkungan sekitar situs budaya sehingga menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Sistem informasi situs budaya di Kotagede berbasis Web ini menggunakan data atribut teks yang diperoleh dari studi literatur serta wawancara dengan Abdi Dalem yang berjaga di area makam raja mataram. Untuk data atribut berupa foto sferis 360 derajat diperoleh dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Camera. Data spasial berupa data koordinat dari lokasi situs budaya yang diperoleh dengan melakukan geotagging pada saat pengambilan foto sferis 360 derajat. Untuk pengolahan foto sferis 360 derajat menggunakan website Pannellum. Sebelum diolah pada website Pannellum, foto sferis 360 derajat di-hosting menggunakan Cloudinary untuk memperoleh URL. Data spasial dan atribut tersebut kemudian diolah dalam perangkat lunak ArcGIS Desktop untuk membentuk layer-layer. Seluruh layer diunggah ke dalam portal ArcGIS Online Universitas Gadjah Mada. Pembuatan Web serta kustomisasi widget memanfaatkan Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS. Halaman Web diunggah menggunakan GitHub sehingga dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas. Hasil Web dievaluasi menggunakan usability testing dengan instrumen pengujian berupa System Usability Scale (SUS). Kegiatan aplikatif ini menghasilkan sistem informasi geografis situs budaya di kecamatan Kotagede berbasis Web yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat luas. Informasi situs budaya disajikan dalam bentuk peta online interaktif yang dilengkapi dengan beberapa fungsi widget. WebGIS ini terdiri dari dua halaman yaitu halaman pembuka dan halaman utama berupa peta interaktif yang dilengkapi dengan fungsi group filter, near me, search, directions, legend, layer, basemap gallery, about, default extend, my location, dan open attribute table. Peta online interaktif meliputi layer-layer yang terkait dengan situs budaya di Kotagede diantaranya layer foto sferis 360 derajat, layer bangunan situs budaya, layer kompleks masjid Kotagede, layer makam raja-raja Mataram, dan layer benteng. Situs Budaya di Kotagede tersebut dapat dipilih menggunakan fungsi filter atau penyaringan. Selain filter, WebGIS ini juga dilengkapi dengan widget lainnya dengan berbagai fungsi untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menemukan situs budaya.

Kotagede is one of the sub districts in Yogyakarta, it has the potential in historical tourism industry with cultural heritage as its main tourist attraction. The reason is because Kotagede is an old city which act as the Capital of Mataram Islam Kingdom, with various objects and historical buildings located within the area of Kotagede. As the center of Mataram Islam Kingdom, Kotagede has become a historical tourist attraction until now. It also became a heritage city which posses a great potential for the residents. Kotagede cultural site could be presented in the form of a of geographic information system (GIS) for the spatial aspects with the dynamic 360 photo sphere visual technology. The utilization of 360 photo sphere in this information system helps users to better understand the surrounding environment of this cultural site so that it attracts tourists to visit. The information system for this cultural site is a web-based system that utilizes the text attribute data obtained from literature study and interviews with the Abdi Dalem (court retainers) stationed within the area of Mataram King tomb. Meanwhile the 360 photo sphere data was taken and captured using Google Camera application. The spatial data consists of coordinates from the cultural site location, and was obtained using geotagging feature while capturing 360 photo sphere. The 360 photo sphere was processed with Pannellum website. Before it is being processed, hosting the image is required to obtain the URL. The image hosting service used in this process was provided by Cloudinary. After that, the spatial data and attribute was processed using ArcGIS Desktop software which generates layers as the result. All the generated layers were then uploaded to Universitas Gadjah Mada ArcGIS Online Portal. Web development and widget customization are both implemented using Web Appbuilder for ArcGIS. The web page is hosted act GitHub to make it publicly accessible. The website is evaluated using usability testing method with System Usability Scale (SUS) as the testing instrument. This applicative activity produced a web-based geographic information system for the cultural site in Kotagede that is available for public use. The information of the cultural site is presented as an interactive online map equipped with several functional widgets. This WebGIS consists of two pages, the homepage and the main page, the homepage act as the opening or introduction page, while the main page is an interactive online map equipped with group filter, near me, search, directions, legend, layer, basemap gallery, about, default extend, my location, and open attribute. The online interactive map contains layers related to the cultural sites located in Kotagede including 360 photo sphere layer, bangunan situs budaya layer, kompleks masjid Kotagede layer, makam raja-raja Mataram layer, and benteng layer. The cultural site can be selected using the filter function. There are also other features that could help users find the cultural site that they would like to visit or learn about.
