INTISARI Transformator merupakan salah satu piranti dalam kelistrikan yang memiliki fungsi untuk menaikan atau menurunkan tegangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. PT.Mesindo Tekninesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan jasa rewinding transformator dan mendapatkan salah satu customer yang memiliki masalah pada transformator dengan keluhan nilai output tidak sesuai nameplate. Setelah dilakukan pengecekan ternyata nilai turn ratio test melebihi nilai toleransi dari standar yang dipakai. Oleh karena itu penanganan yang dilakukan dengan pelilitan ulang pada transformator. Untuk menilai kelayakan dari transformator maka dilakukan pengujian elektrik pada transformator unuk memastikan kelayakan sebelum dikembalikan kepada customer. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi insulation resistance, polarization index, transformer turn ratio test, vector group, tangen delta, impedance test dan energize. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan maka akan dibandingkan dengan standar yang dipakai yaitu EASA,ANSI,IEEE, dan IEC. Setelah dilakukan pengujian pada pengujian insulation resistance, polarization index, transformer turn ratio test, vector group dan energize sudah sesuai standar. Namun pada pengujian impedance test dan tangen delta belum sesuai standar dan harus dilakukan tindak lanjut.

PT.Mesindo Tekninesia is one of the transformer rewinding service companies and gets one customer who has a problem with the transformer with complaints that the output value does not match the nameplate. After checking it turns out that the turn ratio test value exceeds the tolerance value of the standard used. Therefore handling is carried out by rewinding the transformer. To assess the feasibility of the transformer, electrical testing is carried out on the transformer to ensure feasibility before being returned to the customer. Tests carried out include insulation resistance, polarization index, transformer turn ratio test, vector group, tangent delta, impedance test and energize. From the tests carried out, it will be compared with the standards used, namely EASA, ANSI, IEEE, and IEC. After testing the insulation resistance testing, polarization index, transformer turn ratio test, vector group and energize are in accordance with the standard. However, the impedance test and the delta tangent test are not in accordance with the standard and must be followed up.
