PENGARUH DIMENSI FAMILY SUPPORTIVE SUPERVISOR BEHAVIOR DAN KOMITMEN AFEKTIF TERHADAP INTENTION TO STAY (Studi pada Karyawan Millennial Bank BPD DIY Cabang Sleman)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dimensi family supportive supervisor behavior dan komitmen afektif terhadap intention to stay, studi pada karyawan millennial Bank BPD DIY Cabang Sleman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey dengan jumlah responden terdiri dari 65 responden yang berusia antara 19-37 tahun, telah menikah, dan telah bekerja minimal satu tahun di Bank BPD DIY Cabang Sleman. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji lima hipotesis yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi family supportive supervisor behavior yang meliputi dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, role modelling behavior, dan creative work-family management secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif dimana komitmen afektif sendiri secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to stay. Selain itu, ditemukan indirect effect dari dukungan emosional kepada intention to stay.

This study aims to examine the influence of family supportive supervisor behavior dimensions and affective commitment toward intention to stay, study on millennial employees at the Bank BPD DIY Sleman Branch. Data collection method used for this study is a survey with 65 respondents who are 19-37 years old, have been married, and have worked for minimum one year in Bank BPD DIY Sleman Branch. Path analysis method were used to test the hypothesis in this study. The results of this study showed that family supportive supervisor behavior dimensions which cover emotional support, instrumental support, role modelling behavior, and creative workfamily management has significant positive impact towards affective commitment where affective commitment itself has significant positive impact towards intention to stay. Other than that, there a indirect effect from emotional support towards intention to stay.
