ELECTRICAL TEST PADA PERBAIKAN OVERHAUL MOTOR DC 1250 KW 750 V STUDI KASUS DI PT. MESINDO TEKNINESIA

Penggunaan motor arus searah yang semakin meningkat digunakan di berbagai bidang industri membuat motor arus searah harus mendapatkan perawatan rutin untuk menjaga kinerja dari motor. Salah satu perawatan rutin yang dilakukan adalah overhaul motor arus searah. Overhaul motor arus searah ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa dan memperbaiki bagian-bagian dari motor arus searah secara teliti sehingga masalah pada motor arus searah tersebut dapat diatasi. Overhaul motor arus searah ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya pengecekan awal, pembongkaran motor, pengeceka elektrik sebelum dilakukan overhaul, pembersihan, pemberian cairan red oxyde dan pengovenan, penggabungan, pengujian elektrik setelah perbaikan overhaul serta pengecatan dan pengemasan. Pengujian elektrik pada motor arus searah dengan merk ABB tipe DMB-560 h 400 bt ini menghasilkan nilai yang baik, dimana pada pengukuran tahanan isolasi setelah dilakukan perbaikan overhaul nilai yang didapatkan diatas nilai standard IEEE, yaitu untuk armature 100 Mega Ohm, untuk field dan interpole 5 Mega Ohm, sedangkan untuk stang holder menggunakan standar yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Mesindo Tekninesia 100 Mega Ohm. Saat dilakukan running test tanpa beban, motor arus searah ini juga mendapatkan hasil yang baik, dimana pada pengukuran vibrasi nilai yang dihasilkan masih berada di dalam standar kategori baik kelas motor arus searah ini yaitu 1,8 mm/s. Nilai temperatur yang terukur 55 derajat Celcius masih berada di dalam kategori normal, dimana temperatur maksimal saat motor dioperasikan adalah 155 derajat Celcius untuk motor listrik dengan kelas isolasi F.

The usage of direct current motors is increasing used in various industrial fields makes the direct current motor must get routine maintenance to maintain the performance of the motor. One of the routine maintenance is overhaul of the direct current motor. The overhaul of direct current motor is intended to inspect and repair the parts of direct current motor so the problem in the direct current mtoor can be solved. The overhaul of direct current motor consists of several steps, including intial checking, disassembly of the motor, electric checking before overhaul, cleaning, giving red oxyde liquid and put into oven, assembling, electrical testing after overhaul repairs, and the last is painting and packaging. Electrical testing of the direct current motors with brand ABB type DMB-560 h 400 bt result in good value, where is the measurement of insulation resistance after overhaul repair value obtained above the IEEE standard value, which is for armature 100 Mega Ohm, for field and interpole 5 Mega Ohm, while for handler holder uses the standard set by PT. Mesindo Tekninesia 100 Mega Ohm. When running a test whitout load, this direct current motor also gets good result, where at the measurement of the vibration the resulting value is still in the standard good category of this class of direct current motor which is 1.8m/s. Measured of temperatue value is still in the normal category 55 Celcius degree, where is the maximum temperatur when the motor is operated is 155 Celcius degree for an electric motor with class F insulation.
