PERBANDINGAN HARGA SAHAM SUB SEKTOR KONSTRUKSI DAN BANGUNAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA DENGAN IHSG SETELAH PEMBANGUNAN INFRASTRUKTUR TAHUN 2015-2019

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan harga saham sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Penelitian ini didasari atas adanya peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan perbandingan antara harga saham pada saham sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa adanya peningkatan belanja pemerintah di sektor infrastruktur tidak terlalu membuat harga saham konstruksi dan bangunan ikut naik, meningkatnya IHSG tidak diikuti dengan harga saham dikarenakan pada tahun 2015-2019 harga saham mengalami trend turun.

This study aims to compare the stock prices of the construction and building sub-sectors with the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). This research is based on the increase in infrastructure development in recent years. This research was conducted by comparing the stock prices in the shares of the construction and building sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). The results of this study are that an increase in government spending in the infrastructure sector does not really make construction and building stock prices increase, the increase in the JCI is not followed by stock prices because in 2015-2019 stock prices experienced a downward trend.
