ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN TENAGA REKAM MEDIS DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU PELAYANAN DI PUSKESMAS BERBAH

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Puskesmas Berbah memiliki empat petugas rekam medis, tiga diantaranya memiliki latar belakang pendidikan formal rekam medis. Rotasi petugas dilakukan setiap minggunya dengan Puskesmas Pembantu Berbah sehingga terdapat dua petugas inti di Puskesmas Induk Berbah. Beberapa butir kegiatan, seperti assembling, analisis data, dan penyusustan belum terselesaikan. Adapun kegiatan distribusi dan assembling yang belum memiliki SPO. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan perencanaan kebutuhan petugas rekam medis dengan metode ABK Kes. Tujuan: Merencanakan kebutuhan petugas rekam medis berdasarkan ABK Kes di Puskesmas Berbah. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan diskusi berkelompok. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan, kebutuhan sumber daya manusia adalah lima orang. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan terdapat selisih satu orang, artinya perlu adanya penambahan sumberdaya manusia sebanyak satu orang.

Q. ABSTRACT Background:Berbah Health Center has four medical records staffs, three of whom have the medical record formal education background . The implementaton of staff rotation is done every week with the Berbah Health Center (Assistant ) so that there are two main staffs in the Berbah Health Center (Main). Some activities, such as assembling, data analysis, and depreciation, have not yet been resolved. The distribution and assembling activities that do not have SPO. Therefore, the researcher plan the needs of medical record staff with the ABK Kes method. Objective: To plan the needs of the medical record staff based on the ABK Kes in Berbah Health Center. Method: The type of this research was descriptive qualitative with phenomenological design. In finding the data, the techniques used in the study were observation, documentation study, interviews, and discussion. Results: Based on the results of calculations, the human resource needs are five persons. Conclusion: Based on the results of the calculation there is a difference of one person, meaning that there is a need for adding one human resource.
