PENARASIAN FATHERHOOD DALAM NOVEL SURGA YANG TAK DIRINDUKAN DAN BUNDA: KISAH CINTA 2 KODI KARYA ASMA NADIA

ABSTRAK Maraknya pengangkatan novel islami ke layar lebar di tahun 2000-an ini merupakan indikasi bahwa novel popular islami sedang mendapatkan masa kejayaannya dengan mendapatkan cukup banyak perhatian serta tempat di masyarakat. Asma Nadia merupakan salah satu penulis novel popular islami yang karyanya cukup banyak diangkat menjadi film. Pada penelitian ini peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti penarasian fatherhood juga merambah pada rasa keingintahuan bukan hanya bagaimana penarasian fatherhood dalam novel yang berideologi Islam namun juga bagaimana jika tulisan berlatar berideologi Islam dan dituliskan oleh penulis perempuan. Dua novel Asma Nadia yang menjadi objek material dalam penelitian ini ialah Surga yang Tak Dirindukan dan Bunda: Kisah Cinta 2 kodi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penarasian fatherhood, lalu mencari lebih jauh alasan pengarang menarasikan fatherhood ayah negosiatif pada kedua novel tersebut. Peneliti mengindikasikan penarasian fatherhood dalam dua novel tersebut merupakan penggugatan pengarang terhadap fatherhood ayah tradisional sebagai negosiasi terhadap modernitas.

ABSTRACT The rise of Islamic novels to the big screen in the 2000s is an indication that the popular Islamic novel is gaining its heyday by getting enough attention and space in society. Asma Nadia is one of the writers of popular Islamic novels whose work has been quite a number of films. In this study, researchers are interested in examining narrative fatherhood as well as exploring curiosity not just how the fatherhood is inherited in a novel with Islamic ideology but also what if the writing is based on Islamic ideology and written by female writers. Nadia's two Asma novels which were the material objects in this study are Surga yang Tak Dirindukan and Bunda: Kisah Cinta 2 Kodi. This research aims to find out the fatherhood narration, then look further for the reason the author narrates fatherhood of a negotiate father on the two novels. Researchers indicate the narration of fatherhood in the two novels is a critic of the author to the traditional fatherhood as a negotiation towards modernity.
