Metode Pengecoran dan Perawatan Beton Massa Raft Foundation Pada Zona 2 Gedung HQuarter Bandung

Gedung Apartemen HQuarter dibangun dengan menggunakan raft foundation. Pekerjaan pengecoran raft foundation dikategorikan dalam pengecoran beton massa. Beton massa adalah beton dengan volume yang besar sehingga membutuhkan cara khusus dalam pelaksanaan dan perawatannya. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode pengecoran beton massa dan bagaimana cara perawatannya agar tidak terjadi retak termal akibat suhu yang dihasilkan beton selama proses hidrasi. metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode observasi (pengamatan di lapangan), metode interview (wawancara langsung), metode analisis. Pegecoran beton massa terbagi menjadi 3 tahap besar, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan perawatan. Ketiga tahap harus dilakukan dengan baik agar bisa mencapai hasil yang maksimal dan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Dalam hal perawatan yang diperhatikan adalah suhu beton. Suhu beton diukur dengan menggunakan thermocouple. Suhu thermocouple harus kurang dari 90 °C dan perbedaan suhu antara bagian beton harus kurang dari 20 °C. Hasil pengukuran thermocouple sangat menentukan kualitas beton yang dihasilkan, apakah mengalami retak termal atau tidak. Agar tidak terjadi retak termal maka perlu dilakukan metode isolasi untuk perawatan beton.

The HQuarter apartment building is built using the Raft Foundation. casting Raft Foundation are categorized in mass concrete casting. Mass concrete is concrete with large volumes that require a special way of implementation and maintenance. The purpose of this study is to find out how the mass concrete casting method and how to maintain it to avoid thermal cracks due to the temperature produced by the concrete during the hydration process. The methods used in this study are observation methods, Interview methods, analytical methods. Mass concrete casting is divided into 3 major phases, that is preparation, implementation, and maintenance. All three phases should be done well in order to achieve maximum results and comply with applicable standards. In case the treatment is observed is the temperature of concrete. Concrete temperature is measured using thermocouple. The thermocouple temperature should be less than 90 °C and the temperature difference between the concrete should be less than 20 °C. Thermocouple measuring results determine the quality of the resulting concrete, whether it is thermal cracking or not. In order not to occur thermal cracking it is necessary to do isolation method for concrete treatment.
