PENERAPAN QUALITY SHOP FLOOR MANAGEMENT PADA BLOK G DI PT INTI GANDA PERDANA

PT Inti Ganda Perdana merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur komponen otomotif yang berperan sebagai industri pendukung berbagai merek dunia. Dalam proses produksi, PT Inti Ganda Perdana selalu mempertimbangkan kualitas yang baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang semakin hari semakin meningkat dan persaingan industri yang semakin ketat. Salah satunya adalah dengan memperbaiki serta meningkatkan kualitas shop floor. Blok G merupakan salah satu line produksi pada PT Inti Ganda Perdana yang memiliki Defect Rate tertinggi diantara line produksi yang lainnya yaitu mencapai 1.26% pada bulan Januari 2018. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas shop floor untuk menurunkan Defect Rate dari line produksi Blok G. Proses penelitian untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pada shop floor serta menurunkan Defect Rate pada line produksi Blok G dilakukan dengan melakukan penerapan Quality Shop Floor Management pada line produksi Blok G di PT Inti Ganda Perdana. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pada line produksi Blok G, terjadi penurunan Defect Rate pada line produksi tersebut yaitu yang sebelumnya mencapai 1.26%, sesudah improvement menjadi sebesar 0.37%.

PT Inti Ganda Perdana is a company that engaged in manufacturing automotive components which acts as a supporting industry for various brands in the world. In the production process, PT Inti Ganda Perdana always considers good quality to meet market needs that are increasing and industry competition that getting tighter. One of them is to improve the quality of the shop floor. Blok G is one of the production lines that reach 1.26% of Defect Rate in January 2018. For this reason, it is necessary to repair and improve shop floor quality to reduce the Defect Rate from Blok G. The research process is to repair and improve the quality of the shop floor and reduce the Defect Rate on the production line Blok G by implementing Quality Shop Floor Management on the Blok G at PT Inti Ganda Perdana. After repair and improve the quality of the production line Blok G, there was a decrease in the Defect Rate on that production line, which previously reached 1.26%, after the improvement it has become 0.37%.
