ANALISIS RETURN ON EQUITY PT PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN (PERSERO) TBK TAHUN 2014 - 2018 MENGGUNAKAN METODE DU PONT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan rasio Return On Equity (ROE) menggunakan metode du pont pada tahun 2014 hingga 2018. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rasio Return On Equity pada PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) (PTPP) Tbk cenderung mengalami penurunan karena perubahan pada rasio NPM, TATO dan EM. Rasio ROE PTPP hanya sekali mengalami kenaikan yaitu pada tahun 2017 kenaikan ini terjadi karena peningkatan rasio net profit margin sebesar 1,02% dan peningkatan Equity Multiplier sebesar 0,44% walaupun ada penurunan pada TATO hal ini tidak membuat rasio ROE menjadi menurun

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the change in the Return On Equity (ROE) ratio using the du pont method in 2014 to 2018. The results of this study is the Return on Equity ratio at PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) (PTPP) Tbk tends to decrease due to changes at the ratio of NPM, TATO and EM. PTPP's ROE ratio has only increased once in 2017, this increase was due to an increase in the ratio of net profit margin of 1.02% and an increase in Equity Multiplier of 0.44% even though there was a decrease in TATO this did not make the ROE ratio decrease.....
