PENGARUH LUBANG TEMBUS BOLT MACHINE PADA TIANG BETON C12 TERHADAP PEMASANGAN CENTER BRACKET DI PT.PLN (PERERO) UP3 SUKOHARJO

Standar konstruksi pada tiang beton ukuran 12 meter atau yang bisa disebut dengan tiang beton C12 yang diproduksi oleh PT. Wijaya Karya berbeda dengan standar konstruksi tiang beton C12 pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. Terdapat selisih jarak pada lubang tembus bolt machine sebesar 100 mm. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi pada pemasangan center bracket pada tiang beton C12 di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. Jarak lubang tembus bolt machine pada tiang beton C12 yang sekarang digunakan oleh PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo yaitu 300 mm, sedangkan jarak lubang untuk center bracket sejauh 200 mm yang membuatnya tidak bisa langsung dipasang pada tiang C12. Guna menanggulangi perbedaan jarak tersebut, pemasangan center bracket dibantu dengan menggunakan komponen tambahan berupa pole band. Penggunaan pole band tersebut mempunyai beberapa kelemahan dan juga mengakibatkan kerugian, selain itu hal tersebut juga menyalahi dengan aturan yang digunakan oleh PT. PLN (Persero).

Construction standard on 12 meter concrete poles or C12 concrete poles produced by PT. Wijaya Karya is different from the standard construction of C12 concrete poles that used by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. There is a difference in distance between the bolt machine hole. This affects the installation of the center bracket on the C12 concrete pole at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo. Distance of translucent bolt machine holes on C12 concrete poles currently used by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Sukoharjo is 300 mm, while the hole distance for the center bracket is 200 mm which makes it cannot be directly mounted on the C12 pole. In order to solve the problem, the installation of the center bracket was assisted by using additional components called pole band. The use of pole band has several weaknesses and also makes some financial losses, it also violates the rules used by PT. PLN (Persero).
