PG Pesantren Baru adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi gula kristal putih milik pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur produktivitas perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode The American Productivity Center (APC) selama periode 2016 sampai dengan 2018. Pada pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode APC terdapat lima kriteria produktivitas yang diukur antara lain produktivitas total, produktivitas tenaga kerja, produktivitas bahan baku, produktivitas energi, dan produktivitas modal. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat produktivitas PG Pesantren Baru dari periode 2016 sampai 2018 selalu mengalami peningkatan. Indeks produktivitas total periode 2017 meningkat menjadi 134,40% dan periode 2018 meningkat menjadi 121,41%. Peningkatan tingkat produktivitas tersebut dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas parsial meliputi produktivitas tenaga kerja, bahan baku, energi, dan modal yang juga meningkat.

PG Pesantren Baru is one of company that produce white crystal sugar belonging to the government. This study aims at measuring the company productivity using The American Productivity Center (APC) method during the period of 2016 to 2018. In productivity measurement using the APC method there are five productivity criteria measured including total productivity, labor productivity, raw material productivity, energy productivity and capital productivity. Based on the measurement results, it can be seen that the productivity level of PG Pesantren Baru from 2016 to 2018 always increases. The total productivity index for the 2017 period increased to 134.40% and the 2018 period increased to 121.41%. Increasing the level of productivity is influenced by partial productivity including labor productivity, raw materials, energy, and capital which also increases.
