ANALISIS PROSES DAN BIAYA PRODUKSI SERTA ESTIMASI PENDAPATAN DI PABRIK MINYAK KAYU PUTIH (Melaleuca cajuputi) KPH MOJOKERTO

Minyak kayu putih merupakan salah satu hasil hutan bukan kayu yang didapatkan dari proses destilasi daun kayu putih. Minyak kayu putih dapat meningkatkan pereknomian dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Minyak kayu putih di kelola oleh KPH khusunya di KPH Mojokerto. KPH Mojokerto melibatkan masyarakat sekitar pabrik sebagai tenaga kerja dalam proses pemasakan. Pasokan bahan baku yang digunakan, KPH Mojokerto bekerja sama dengan BKPH dan KPH disekitarnya. Penelitian tentang analisis biaya ini dilakukan di Pabrik Kupang yang berada di KPH Mojokerto, Kecamatan Jetis, Mojokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya produksi, pendapan dan hasil rendemen minyak kayu putih yang diproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif yang menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Model analisis dilakukan dengan cara menentukan biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya overhead pabrik, biaya variabel, biaya tetap, dan menetukan rata-rata hasil rendemen yang diproduksi. Analisis biaya ini dimulai dari bahan baku yang berupa daun kayu putih sampai memprosesnya hingga menjadi minyak kayu putih. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi selama tahun 2018 sebesar Rp 6.739.228.44. Pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 15.818.085.000. Minyak kayu putih yang dihasilkan sebanyak 63.272,34 liter. Rata-rata rendemen yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,82%.

Cajuput oil is one of the non-timber forest products obtained from the distillation process of cajuput leaves. Cajuput oil can increase the economy and benefit the community. Cajuput oil is managed by KPH, especially at KPH Mojokerto. Mojokerto FMU involved the community around the factory as laborers in the cooking process. The supply of raw materials used, KPH Mojokerto cooperates with BKPH and KPH around it. This research on cost analysis was carried out at the Kupang Factory located in the KPH Mojokerto, Jetis District, Mojokerto. This study aims to determine the production costs, consumption and yield of cajuput oil produced. Research method used is descriptive analysis using primary data and secondary data. Model analysis is done by determining the cost of raw materials, labor costs, factory overhead costs, variable costs, fixed costs, and determine the average yield yield produced. This cost analysis starts from the raw material in the form of cajuput leaves until processing it into cajuput oil. The results obtained from this study indicate that the production costs during 2018 amounted to Rp 6,739,228.44. The income earned is Rp. 15,818,085,000. Eucalyptus oil produced is 63,272.34 liters. The average yield produced is 0.82%.
