PENILAIAN KAYU HUTAN RAKYAT PADA KELOMPOK TANI HUTAN RAKYAT DI DESA KARANGASEM, KECAMATAN PONJONG, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Hutan rakyat merupakan hutan yang dikelola oleh masyarakat di atas lahan milik pribadi. Masyarakat masih sangat bergantung pada hutan rakyat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kayu hutan rakyat yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Karangasem, Kecamatan Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunungkidul pada bulan Agustus 2018 hingga bulan Mei 2019. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang merupakan hasil dari kegiatan inventarisasi berupa jenis pohon, tinggi, dan keliling/diameter pohon, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Instansi Pemerintah Desa Karangasem, Kecamatan Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Potensi hutan rakyat disajikan berdasarkan jenis kayu dan kelas diameter. Potensi yang diperoleh berupa jumlah pohon, volume pohon serta nilai finansial yang dapat diperoleh petani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui jumlah pohon di hutan rakyat kelompok tani hutan rakyat Desa Karangasem sebanyak 4.268 pohon dengan rata-rata 154 pohon/Ha. Taksiran volume total hutan rakyat milik kelompok tani hutan rakyat di Desa Karangasem ialah 795,041 m3 dengan rata-rata 13,99 m3/Ha. Nilai finansial yang dapat diperoleh petani pada hutan rakyat Desa Karangasem ialah Rp 4.350.051.6784 dengan rata-rata nilai finansial per hektar yang diperoleh ialah Rp 156.591.588/Ha.

The community forest is a forest that managed by community on a private lands. Community sunrounding the forest is dependent on community forest to fulfillment their daily needs. The purpose of this research is to know the value of product especially timber production which can be utilized for fulfilling people's needs. This research was conducted in Karangasem Village, Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency on August 2018 until May 2019. The data on this research is consist of primary data from forest inventore such as trees species, high, and diametre, the secondary data was taken from local goverment of Karangasem Village, Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency. The potential of community forest was presented based on species and diametre of the trees. Such potential is the number of trees, volume and financial value that can be obtained by farmers. Based on the result of the research, it is known that the average number of trees in the community forest Karangasem Village community farmer groups is 154 trees/Ha. The estimated volume of the trees in the community forest Karangasem Village community farmer groups was 13,99 m3/Ha. The financial value of the trees in the community forest Karangasem Village community farmer groups was Rp 156.591.588/Ha.
