Tugas akhir yang berjudul Alih Media Arsip Keuangan ke Dalam Bentuk Digital Sebagai Upaya Penyelamatan Fisik dan Informasi Arsip Di PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, menjelaskan tentang proses alih media arsip ke dalam bentuk digital yang mencakup, prosedur, sarana, prasarana, pedoman, hambatan, dan solusi penanganannya. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan tiga metode dalam pengumpulan data. Metode pertama yaitu studi pustaka, ini merupakan cara pengumpulan sumber referensi yang berkaitan dengan tema atau topik yang dipilih. kedua observasi patisipasipatif, metode ini dilakukan dengan cara penulis terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan alih media arsip ke dalam bentuk digital. Terakhir yaitu wawancara, merupakan metode yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data berbentuk informasi lisan dari narasumber pimpinan unit atau staff. Alih media arsip ke dalam bentuk digital di PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek memiliki tujuan untuk perawatan sederhana dan perlindungan informasi arsip dari kerusakan. Proses scanning arsip dilakukan menggunakan mensin scanner dengan jenis roller. Kegiatan alih media juga menggunakan perangkat lunak tambahan yaitu Paper Stream Capture, yang memiliki fungsi untuk menyunting bentuk pdf atau hasil alih media. Proses alih media memiliki permasalahan yang muncul akibat dari pemilhian perangkat keras dan lunak, serta disebbkan oleh kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terampil dalam melakukan kegiatan ini.

The final project entifield Digitation of Financial Record For Physical and Information Preservation at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is pruposed to describe about digitizaton of tekstual record at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. which includes procedures, facilities, infrastructure, guidelines, obstacles, and handling solutions. This final project uses three methods in data collection. The first method is library research, this is a way of gathering reference sources related to the chosen theme or topic. Second is observation participation, this method is done by the way the writer is directly involved in digitizing activities. The last is interview, is a method that is carried out to collect data in the form of verbal information from unit head or staff. Digitation of records at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek has the purpose of simple maintenance and protection of records information from damage. The process of scanning the records is done using a scanner with a roller type. Digitation activities also use additional software, namely Paper Stream Capture, which has a function to edit the form of pdf or digitation results. The digitation process has problems that arise as a result of the acquisition of hardware and software, and is caused by a lack of skilled human resources in carrying out this activity.
