Penaksiran Nilai Ekonomi Kerugian Dampak Degradasi Hutan Dan Lahan Sub Das Keduang Dari Sedimentasi Yang Terjadi Di Waduk Gajah Mungkur

Waduk/Bendungan Gajah Mungkur merupakan satu-satunya bendungan di sungai utama Bengawan Solo yang berfungsi sebagai penyedia air irigasi dan pembangkit listrik tenaga air. Degradasi yag terjadi pada Sub DAS Keduang yang memiliki hilir sungai paling dekat dengan pintu intake waduk serta penyumbang sedimentasi terbesar menyebabkan operasional waduk terancam. Dengan terjadinya degradasi Sub DAS Keduang telah menyebabkan erosi yang berada di hulu dan mengakibatkan sedimentasi di hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak yang terjadi akibat degradasi Sub DAS Keduang dari sedimentasi yang terjadi di Waduk Gajah Mungkur dan mengetahui taksiran kerugian ekonominya. Pengambilan data sektor pertanian, sektor energi dan biaya pengerukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan untuk menghitung kerugian menggunakan pendekatan biaya pencegahan dan perubahan produktivitas dengan menghitung taksiran nilai produksi yang hilang akibat terdampak sedimentasi. Hasil penelitian pada sektor energi yaitu penurunan produktivitas PLTA Wonogiri dengan taksiran nilai produksi yang hilang sebesar Rp33.111.222.152,00 pada tahun 2017 serta biaya pengerukan yang harus dikeluarkan Rp13.516.798.443,00 per tahun. Sedangkan dari sektor pertanian diperoleh taksiran nilai produksi yang hilang sebesar Rp382.900.491.950,00 pada tahun 2017

Gajah Mungkur Reservoir / Dam is the only dam on the main Bengawan Solo river that functions as a provider for irrigation water and hydroelectric power plants. The degradation that occurs in the Keduang sub-watershed which has a downstream river closest to the intake gate of the dam and the largest contributor of sedimentation causes the operation of the dam to be threatened. With the degradation of the Keduang sub-watershed has caused erosion in upstream and resulted with sedimentation in the downstream. The purpose of this research is to determine the economic impacts which is caused by degradation of the Keduang sub-watershed from sedimentation that occurs in the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir and find out the estimated economic losses. Data collection in the agricultural sector, energy sector and costs of dredging by using purposive sampling method. The used analitycal method was the prevention cost expenditure and change in productivity by calculating the estimated value of production lost due to the effects of sedimentation. The results of the research in the energy sector are the decrease in the productivity of the Wonogiri hydropower plant with estimated lost production value of Rp33.111.222.152,00 in 2017 and the dredging costs that have to be spent Rp13.516.798.443,00 per year. While from the agricultural sector, the estimated value of production lost amounted to Rp382.900.491.950,00 in 2017.
