Analisis Konflik Dalam Pengelolaan Hutan Pangkuan Desa LMDH Wanabersemi Di Wilayah Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus Getas-Ngandong

Pengelolaan Hutan Bersama Masyarakat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi hutan kayu dan meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat di sekitar kawasan hutan. Pengelolaan tersebut dijadikan sebagai mata pencaharian bagi masyarakat sekitar kawasan hutan. Seiring berjalannya kegiatan pengelolaan hutan sering terjadi perbedaan kepentingan atau pemahaman diantara semua pihak yang menyebabkan terjadinya konflik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Metode studi kasus dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam. Dalam penentuan informan menggunakan metode sampling bertujuan (purposive sampling) dan analisis data menggunakan teknik interpretasi terhadap dua komponen yaitu data verbal dan teks. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, konflik dalam pengelolaan hutan pangkuan desa LMDH Wanabersemi di wilayah Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus Getas-Ngandong disebabkan oleh perbedaan kepentingan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian awal serta komunikasi yang terjalin kurang baik. Terdapat dua jenis konflik yang ditemukan di LMDH Wanabersemi yaitu konflik kelembagaan dan konflik pembagian dana sharing. Terjalinnya komunikasi yang kurang baik menimbulkan kesalahpahaman yang terjadi di lingkup pengurus maupun anggota. Sehingga mereka memiliki perspektif buruk tentang kinerja LMDH dan tidak mempercayai LMDH lagi. Strategi penyelesaian konflik yang dipilih yaitu contending. Taktik yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan konflik tersebut adalah taktik argumentasi persuasive dan mengambil hati.

Joint Forest Management Society aims to increase the production of forest wood and improve communities around the area of the forest. The management as part of a livelihood for communities around the forest. Over forest management activity often occurs a difference of interests or understanding among all parties that led to the conflict. The methods used in this research is a case study. Case study method in their implementation using structured interviews and in-depth. In the determination of the sampling method aims at using the informant (purposive sampling) and data analysis using the techniques of interpretation of two components namely verbal and text data. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the conflict in the pangkua forest management nthe village of Wanabersemi in the region of LMDH K awasan forest with special purpose Getas-Fossilized caused by differences of interests and implementation of activities not in accordance with the the initial agreement as well as the less well established communication . There are two types of conflict found in institutional conflict i.e. LMDH Wanabersemi conflict and the Division of funds sharing. The establishment of communication is not good cause for the misunderstanding that occurred in the scope of the Executive Board or the membership. So they have a bad perspective of performance and does not trust the LMDH LMDH again. The selected conflict resolution strategy that is contending. The right tactics to resolve the conflict is the persuasive argument tactics and take heart.
