ESTIMASI PRODUKSI SUSU SAPI FRIES HOLLAND BERDASARKAN CATATAN TIDAK LENGKAP DI BALAI BESAR PEMBIBITAN TERNAK UNGGUL SAPI PERAH BATURRADEN PURWOKERTO Yudi Adinata 00/140173/PT/04042 2005 Intisari Catatan produksi susu adalah catatan untuk mengetahui kemampuan produksi susu dari sapi perah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi produksi susu berdasarkan catatan tidak lengkap. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analisis data di Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Sapi Perah Baturraden Purwokerto yang mencakup data 376 sapi perah induk dari tahun 1997 sampai tahun 2002. Penelitian ini dikerjakan pada tanggal 4 Agustus 2003 sampai dengan 16 Agustus 2003. Produksi susu berdasarkan catatan produksi susu lengkap (full record) dibandingkan dengan estimasi produksi susu berdasarkan catatan tidak lengkap (partial record) adalah berbeda tidak nyata. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa estimasi produksi susu sapi Fries Holland di Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Sapi Perah Baturraden Purwokerto berdasarkan catatan tidak lengkap (partial record) tidak mengubah nilai produksi susunya. Proporsi produksi susu bulanan selama laktasi untuk bulan I 12,46%; II 13,11%; III 11,42%; IV 10,71%; V 9,52%; VI 9,03%; VII 8,07%; VIII 7,80%; IX 7,03 %; dan X 6,38%. Proporsi produksi susu setiap laktasi untuk laktasi I 78,13%; II 94,57%; III 100,00%; IV 93,20%; V 90,57%; VI 89,28%; VII 86,92%; dan VIII 80,13%. Estimasi produksi susu berdasarkan catatan tidak lengkap (partial record) dapat digunakan untuk menghitung produksi susu. Pengambilan data produksi susu untuk menghitung produksi susu dapat dilakukan pada hari senin di minggu III dengan nilai persentase penyimpangan 3,44+2,35%. * (Kata kunci: Sapi Perah, Catatan Tidak Lengkap, Produksi Susu)

ESTIMATION OF MILK PRODUCTION OF FRIES HOLLAND COW BASED ON PARTIAL RECORD AT BALAI BESAR PEMBIBITAN TERNAK UNGGUL SAPI PERAH BATURRADEN PURWOKERTO Yudi Adinata 00/140173/PT/04042 2005 Abstrack Milk production record was recorded to estimate the milk production capability of the cow. The aim of this research was to estimate milk production based on partial record. The research was conducted using analyze data in Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Sapi Perah Baturraden Purwokerto, including 376 milk production record from 1997 to 2002. This research has been done from august 4, 2003 to august 16, 2003. The full record of milk production wend was compared with estimated of milk production using partial record, the result was not significant. It was concluded that estimation of milk production of Fries Holland Cow based on partial record at Balai Besar Pembibitan Ternak Unggul Sapi Perah Baturraden Purwokerto was not different with the actual yield of milk production. Month proportion milk production during lactation in month I 12.46%; II 13.11%; III 11.42%; IV 10.71%; V 9.52%; VI 9.03%; VII 8.07%; VIII 7.80%; IX 7.03%; and X 6.38%. Milk's production proportion in every lactation for lactation I 78.13 %; II 94.57%; III 100.00%; IV 93.20%; V 90.57%; VI 89.28%; VII 86.92%; and VIII 80.13%. Estimation of milk production based on partial record could be used to estimate the yield of milk production. Recording of milk production could be taken on Monday in every third week of the month, with an error means 3.44±2.35%. (Key words: Dairy Cow, Partial Record, Milk Production)
