PERSEPSI WISATAWAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KOMPONEN PARIWISATA DI DESA WISATA KASONGAN

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap pengembangan pariwisata Desa Wisata Kasongan dengan menyoroti beberapa komponen yaitu daya tarik, aksesbilitas, fasilitas, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan promosi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis pengembangan yang sudah dilakukan kemudian disandingkan dengan beberapa data pendukung lain yang didapatkan di lapangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan metode dekriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan survei. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh metode studi pustaka untuk menguatkan teori-teori maupun analisis untuk mempertegas hasil penelitian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan samping sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan untuk komponen daya tarik, nilai rata - rata tingkat persepsi wisatawan berada pada kategori setuju, yang berarti pengembangan sudah berjalan baik. Hal ini juga terjadi pada komponen aksesbilitas. Kemudian untuk komponen fasilitas, toilet di kawasan tersebut masih kurang memadai sehingga nilai rata - rata tingkat persepsi wisatawan berada pada kategori tidak setuju. Lalu untuk komponen pemberdayaan masyarakat, dilakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan masyarakat setempat dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat setempat masih kurang. Untuk komponen promosi, Desa Wisata Kasongan belum fokus pada komponen ini sehingga hasilnya juga belum maksimal.

This study aims at determining the tourists perceptions on tourism development components in Kasongan Tourism Village through highlighting several components, such as attractiveness, accessibility, facilities, community empowerment, and promotion. The research was conducted through evaluating the development taken so far, that later would be supported by other supporting data obtained in the field. This research is a survey research employing quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and surveys. Whereas, the secondary data was obtained by literature study methods to strengthen theories and analysis in order to reinforce the results of research. The sampling uses a purposive sampling method and involves 100 respondents. The result of analyzed data collected through surveying respondents responses towards the development of each given components showed that for the development of attraction component, on average, the respondents evaluation to the related development indicates a high level of agreement. This implies the success of the development efforts. Accessibility component also shows similar result. As for facility components, since the toilets in the surrounding area are still inadequate, average evaluation given by the respondents shows a high level of disagreement. Furthermore, for community empowerment component, observations and interviews were conducted with the local community and it could be concluded that the involvement of the local community was still lacking. For promotion components, Kasongan Tourism Village has not yet focused on this component so the results are not maximized.
