EVALUASI INVESTASI KEMITRAAN AYAM BROILER PADA KANDANG OPEN HOUSE DAN CLOSED HOUSE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan finansial investasi pada sistem kemitraan ayam broiler dengan kandang open house dan closed house. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan April 2019 di Kabupaten Klaten. Responden diambil secara purposive sampling dengan mengambil satu sampel peternakan sistem kandang open house dan satu peternakan sistem kandang closed house yang keduanya bermitra dengan PT X. Metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer dari peternak dan data sekunder dari instansi terkait. Analisis kriteria kelayakan investasi secara finansial menggunakan Benefit Cost Rasio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) berdasarkan umur investasi 5 tahun dengan discount factor 9,95%/tahun, dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis sensitivitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan finansial usaha peternakan ayam broiler pada sistem kemitraan dengan sistem kandang open house secara deskriptif lebih baik dibanding sistem kandang closed dengan hasil BCR sebesar 1,03, NPV sebesar Rp 372.173.462,20 dan IRR sebesar 29,55 %. Sedangkan pada kandang closed house hasil BCR sebesar 1,02, NPV sebesar Rp 301.042.614,90 dan IRR sebesar 19,61%. Hasil analisis sensitivitas dengan asumsi nilai sisa investasi diperhitungkan dengan dijual pada tahun ke 5, pada kandang open house menghasilkan BCR sebesar 1,04, NPV sebesar Rp 522.894.981,37 dan IRR sebesar 34,30%. Sedangkan pada kandang closed house BCR sebesar 1,05, NPV sebesar Rp 723.546.759,80 dan IRR sebesar 28,53%.

This purpose of this research was to determine the financial feasibility of investment in a broiler chicken partnership system with open house and closed house system. This research was done from March to April 2019 in Klaten Regency. Respondents were taken by purposive sampling by took a sample of open house system and closed house system which both partnered with PT X. The survey method is used to collected primary data from farmers and secondary data from relevant agencies. Analysis of investment feasibility criterias financially used Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) based on the investment age of 5 years with a discount factor of 9,95% / year, and followed by sensitivity analysis. Based on the results of the analysis financial feasibility of broiler chicken farms in a partnership system with open house system descriptively better than closed system with result of BCR was 1,03, NPV was IDR 372.173.462,20 and IRR was 29,55%. Whereas in the closed house system, results of BCR was 1,02, NPV was IDR 301.042.614,90 and IRR was 19,61%. The results of the sensitivity analysis with the assumption that the residual value of the investment is calculated by being sold in the 5th year, at the open house result of BCR was 1,04, NPV was IDR 522.894.981,37 and the IRR of 34,30%. While in the closed house result of BCR was 1,05, NPV was IDR 723.546.759,80 and IRR was 28,53%.
