Pengembangan Dasbor Prestasi Mahasiswa DTETI Berbasis Integrasi Data Tidak Terstruktur

Data memiliki kedudukan yang penting dalam suatu organisasi, karena berperan dalam pembuatan keputusan, penyusunan strategi, dan menghasilkan informasi bernilai untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Pada organisasi Departemen Teknik Elektro Teknologi Informasi ditemukan permasalahan bahwa pengelolaan data prestasi mahasiswa belum optimal karena data masih terpencar secara tidak terstruktur, belum memiliki visualisasi, dan belum adanya kajian struktur informasi berdasarkan standar BAN-PT. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, melalui tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengkajian struktur informasi berdasarkan standar BAN-PT pada data prestasi mahasiswa DTETI yang tidak terstruktur. Kemudian data diolah dengan Business Intelligence untuk dikembangkan dasbor visualisasi melalui Power BI. Tugas akhir ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sedangkan pada pengujian sistem digunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk mengetahui tingkat persentase validitas fungsional sistem dan metrik System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk menentukan skala kebergunaan sistem Acceptability Ranges, Grade Scale, serta Adjective Ratings dari skor rata-rata SUS. Sistem yang dihasilkan adalah berupa dasbor visualisasi tersebut terdiri dari dua halaman, yaitu dasbor visualisasi kompetisi dan pertukaran yang keduanya disertai dengan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem dapat berjalan dengan semestinya dan sistem dapat diterima oleh target pengguna.

Data has an important position in an organization, because it plays a role in making decisions, formulating strategies, and producing valuable information to improve organizational performance. In the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, problems were found that the management of student achievement data was not optimal because the data is scattered in various sources in an unstructured manner, does not have visualization, and there is no assessment on the information structures based on BAN-PT standards. Based on those problems, through this final project an assessment of the information structure based on BAN-PT standards was carried out on student achievement unstructured data. Then the data is processed with Business Intelligence to develop the visualization dashboard through Power BI.. This final project was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. While the system testing used the Black Box Testing method to determine the percentage level of system functional validity and the System Usability Scale (SUS) metric to determine the scale of use of the Acceptability Ranges, Grade Scale, and Adjective Ratings system from the average SUS score. The system that is produced is in the form of a dashboard of visualization consisting of two pages, namely the dashboard of competition visualization and exchange, both are featured with descriptive analysis. Based on the tests, the results show that all system functions can run properly and the system can be accepted by the target users.
