ANALISIS SIMBIOSIS KOMENSALISME OBLIGAT DENGAN FUNGSI RESPON BERGANTUNG RASIO

Simbosis komensalisme obligat merupakan salah satu dari jenis hubungan yang berkesinambungan antar spesies. Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemodelan matematika dari simbiosis komensalisme obligat dengan fungsi respon bergantung rasio. Setelah model terbentuk akan dianalisa terkait eksistensi kedua populasi. Analisa dilakukan pada dua kasus yaitu kasus autonomous dan kasus nonautonomous. Pada kasus autonomous akan dicari titik ekuilibrium dan dibahas sifat kestabilannya. Selanjutnya pada kasus nonautonomous akan dianalisa kepermanenan serta keatraktifan dari sistemnya.

Obligate commensal symbiosis is one of many type of continuous relationships between species. In this thesis we discuss about mathematical modeling of obligate commensal symbiosis with ratio-dependent functional response. Based on the model we will analyze about the existence of both species populations. Analysis will be divided into two cases, autonomous case and non- autonomous case. In autonomous cases, equilibrium point will be sought and the stability will be discussed. In non-autonomous cases the permanence and the attractiveness of the system will be analyzed.
