Kelayakan Finansial dan Efisiensi Alokatif Usahatani Kubis di Kawasan Agroforestri Kecamatan Karangkobar Kabupaten Banjarnegara

Kecamatan Karangkobar merupakan wilayah penghasil kubis di kawasan agroforestri Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Produksi kubis yang tidak menentu dapat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui kelayakan usahatani kubis pada berbagai musim tanam; (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani kubis; (3) Mengetahui efisiensi alokatif faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani kubis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan sampel responden ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling sejumlah 30 petani kubis. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani kubis dengan membandingkan penerimaan dan biaya usahatani. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi usahatani kubis dapat diketahui dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui efisiensi alokatif dengan membandingkan nilai produk marginal suatu faktor produksi dengan harga faktor produksi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Usahatani kubis secara finansial layak untuk diusahakan pada setiap musim tanam; (2) Produksi usahatani kubis dipengaruhi oleh luas lahan dan benih; (3) Penggunaan luas lahan pada usahatani kubis tidak efisien secara alokatif dan penggunaan benih belum efisien secara alokatif.

Karangkobar sub-district is a cabbage producing region in the agroforestry area of Banjarnegara District, but its production has fluctuated caused by the use of inputs. The aims of this research are to determine: (1) Feasibility of cabbage farming in various growing seasons; (2) The inputs that affect the production of cabbage farming; (3) Allocative efficiency of the inputs that affect the production of cabbage farming. The methods used in this research is descriptive analysis. The research's location is determined by purposive sampling method, while the respondent's sample is determined by simple random sampling method with 30 cabbage farmers. The feasibility of cabbage farming determined by the ratio of the income and the farming costs. Inputs that affect the production of cabbage farming determined by multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The allocative efficiency determined by the ratio of the marginal value product and the price of those inputs. The results show that: (1) Cabbage farming is financially feasible for each growing seasons; (2) Land and seed have a positive effect on cabbage production; (3) Allocative efficiency of the land is inefficient and seed is not efficient.
