PEMBUATAN SIG DARING TANAH KAS DESA MENGGUNAKAN BOOTLEAF DI KECAMATAN BANTUL KABUPATEN BANTUL TAHUN 2018

Pembaruan data tanah kas desa perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui informasi terbaru mengenai tanah kas desa. Informasi tanah kas desa di Kecamatan Bantul dapat diakses oleh masyarakat melalui SIG daring tanah kas desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menyajikan SIG daring tanah kas desa di Kecamatan Bantul. Penyajian data tanah kas desa berbasis SIG daring memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk mencari informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Data tanah kas desa di Kecamatan Bantul, Kabupaten Bantul diperoleh dari Dinas Pertanahan dan Tata Ruang Bantul dengan skala 1:5000. Penyusunan basis data tanah kas desa dibuat menggunakan GeoServer, sedangkan untuk penyajian data tanah kas desa menggunakan Bootleaf. Data spasial tanah kas desa tersebut memuat informasi mengenai nama desa, nama dukuh, luas area, nomor persil, dan juga kegunaannya. Pada tahap penyusunan web dilakukan proses mengedit script bahasa pemrograman html, sedangkan pada tahap pembuatan basis data dilakukan proses penambahan lapisan pada GeoServer. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah tampilan peta tanah kas desa berbasis web di Kecamatan Bantul dengan total tanah kas desa sebanyak 730 petak yang tersebar di Desa Bantul, Desa Palbapang, Desa Sabdodadi, Desa Ringinharjo, dan Desa Trirenggo. Tampilan web didukung oleh fitur query dan fitur identifikasi untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam proses pencarian data. Tampilan peta tanah kas desa berbasis web tersebut memiliki beberapa tampilan peta dasar yaitu peta dasar jalan, peta dasar satellite, dan peta dasar openstreetmap. Hasil uji usability menyatakan bahwa pengguna web lebih senang menggunakan peta dasar openstreetmap dan 52% responden merasa puas dengan adanya SIG daring tanah kas desa tersebut.

Updating of village treasury land needs to be done to find out the latest information about village treasury land. Information of village treasury land in Bantul Sub-District can be accessed by the public through the web GIS of the village treasury land. The purpose of this reaserch is to present the web GIS of village treasury land in Bantul sub-district. The presement of web GIS based village treasury land data provides convenience for the public to find information quickly, precisely, and accurately. Data on village treasury land in Bantul sub-district, Bantul Regency were obtained from Departement of Land and Spatial Bantul on a scale of 1:5000. The arragement of the village treasury land database was made using GeoServer, while for the presentation of village treasury land data using Bootleaf. The spatial data of the village treasury land contains information about the name of the village, the name of the hamlet, the large of area, the land parcel number, and also it�s uses. At the web creation stage, the script editing process is done in the html programming language, while at the database creation stage, the layer is added to the GeoServer. The results of this researchare in the form of a map of the village treasury based on the web GIS in Bantul sub-district with a total of 730 polygon spread across Bantul Village, Palbapang Village, Sabdodadi Village, Ringinharjo Village, and Trirenggo Village. This display is supported by the query features and identify features to make it easily for users in the data search process. The web GIS based village treasury map display has several basemap views, namely the streets basemap, basemap satellite, and openstreetmap basemap. The usability test results state that web users prefer to use the openstreetmap basemap and 52% of users feel satisfied with web GIS the village treasury land.
