Pengolahan Arsip Foto Di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Tugas akhir ini mendiskusikan tentang pengolahan arsip foto di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari Tugas akhir ini adalah untuk memahami proses pengelolaan arsip foto, termasuk di antaranya pedoman yang dianut, sarana prasarana yang digunakan dan kendalanya. Secara umum, proses pengelolaan arsip foto terdiri dari memilah, membuat deskripsi, membuat skema klasifikasi, hingga menyimpan arsip foto ke dalam amplop dan meletakkannya ke dalam kotak penyimpanan. Tahap terakhir adalah membuat sebuah sarana temu balik untuk arsip foto. Terdapat tiga metode yang digunakan dalam Tugas akhir ini. Pertama, observasi dilakukan dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam proses pengelolaan arsip foto. Kedua, interview dilakukan dengan mewawancarai personil dalam Bagian Arsip. Ketiga, studi literatur dilakukan dengan mencari referensi yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal dan artikel. Kesimpulan dari Tugas akhir ini adalah bahwa arsip foto di Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta telah dikelola oleh tiga arsiparis. Dalam prosesnya, Unit Kearsipan menggunakan Peraturan Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta No.15/2013 tentang pedoman pengelolaan arsip foto

This final project discuss about the processing of still image at Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The purpose from this final project is to understand the step of processing still image, including the tool that used and the constraints. The general process of managing still image are sorting, make a description, creating a classification scheme, storing the into the envelope and put it inside the storage box. The last part is to make a finding aids for all of the records. There are three methods that used in this final project. First, the observation that has been done by directly participating in the process of managing still image. Second, interview conducted by interviewing the personnel in the archivist. Third, literature final project has been done by looking for relevant references such as books, journal and articles. Conclusion of this final project is the still image records in the Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta has been managed by the three archivist. In the process, archivist used Peraturan Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta No.15/2013 about the guide of managing still image.
