EVALUASI PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH: STUDI PADA PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan dokumen penyusunan Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LKjIP) Kabupaten Wonogiri dan faktor yang berperan dalam penyusunan LKjIP Pemerintah Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis perbedaan indikator kinerja sasaran pada Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Tahun 2014--2015 dan wawancara dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang berperan dalam penyusunan Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah. Dari hasil analisis dokumen Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah tersebut diperoleh perbedaan indikator kinerja antara tahun 2014 dan 2015. Dari hasil analisis wawancara dapat diidentifikasi faktor yang berperan dalam penyusunan LKjIP pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Wonogiri.

This study aims to identify differences in the compilation document preparation of Government Agencies Performance Report of State Apparatus (LKjIP) of the Government of Wonogiri Regency and factors that play a role in the preparation of Government Agencies Performance Report of Wonogiri Regency. The study was conducted by analyzing the differences of target performance indicators in the Performance Report of Government Agencies Year 2014-2015 and interviews were conducted to identify factors that play a role in the preparation of Government Agencies Performance Report. Results of Government Agencies Performance Report document analysis showed that there were differences in performance indicators between 2014 and 2015. From interview analysis results, factors that play a role in the preparation of Government Agencies Performance Report of Wonogiri Regency can be identified.
