PENGARUH FENAMBAHAN AMPAS TAHU FERMENTASI DALAM PAKAN BERPROTEIN 18% TERHADAP PERFORMAN BROILER

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ampas tahu fermentasi (ATF) dalam pakan berprotein 18% terhadap perfo.rman broiler. Delapan puluh ekor DOC broiler strain Abror Acress CP 707 dibagi secara acak dalam empat kelompok perlakuan pakan. Empat perlakuan pakan tersebut yaitu P I (pakan basal 100% + ATF 0%), P II (pakan basal 95% + ATF 5%), P III (pakan basal 90% + ATF 10%), P IV (pakan basal 85% + ATF 15%). Setiap perlakuan pakan masing-masing terdiri dari lima ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdapat empat ekor ayam. Pakan dan air minum diberikan secara ad libitum. Data yang diamati meliputi konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi pakan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis variansi Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola searah, jika terdapat perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap konsumsi energi (PI=7.092; PII=7.337; PIII=7.619; PIV=8.081 kcal) dan protein (PI=456; PII=475; PIII=496; PIV=530 g) meskipun konsumsi pakan tidak berbeda nyata, namun juga menunjukkan perbedaan nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan (PI=821; PII=960; PIII=1.064; PIV=1.164 g) dan konversi pakan (PI=3,12; PII=2,71; PIII=2,52; PIV=2,41). Kesimpulannya bahwa penambahan ampas tahu fermentasi (ATF) dalam pakan berprotein 18% dapat meningkatkan pertambahan bobot badan dan memperbaiki konversi pakan broiler. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of fermented tofu solid waste (FTSW) added to 18% crude protein diet on the performance of broilers. Eighty DOC of broilers Abror Acress CP 707 strain were randomly devided into four dietary treatments. The four of dietary treatment were P I (100% basal diet + 0% FTSW), P II (95% basal diet + 5% FTSW), P III (90% basal diet + 10% FTSW), P IV (85% basal diet + 15% FTSW). Each dietary treatment consisted of five replications and there were four broilers in each replication. Diet and drinking water were given ad libitum. The data collected were feed consumption, weight gain and feed convertion. The data were analyzed by analisis with variance of one way Completely Randomized Design, if there was significant difference continued by DMRT. The result showed there were significant differences (PC0.05) in energy (PI=7,092; PII=7,337; PIII=7,619; PIV=8,081 kcai) and protein intake (PI=456; PII=475; PIII=496; PIV=530 g) although feed consumption was not different as an effect of the diets, but there was significant difference (PC0.Q5) on weight gain (PI=821; PII=9bO; PIII=1,064; P IV=1,164 g) and feed convertion (PI=3.12; PII=2.71; PIII=2.52; PIV=2.41) too. It can. be concluded that fermented tofu solid waste added to 18% crude protein diet increased weight gain and improved feed convertion of broilers.
