IMPLEMENTASI BACK END PADA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KKN UNTUK TAHAP PRA-KKN, PLOTTING, KKN, PENGELOLAAN REFERENSI DAN SINKRONISASI API

Nenania adalah sebuah software house yang bekerja sama dengan Direktorat Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Gadjah Mada untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang mengelola kegiatan pra-KKN, KKN dan pasca-KKN. Salah satu masterplan adalah menyediakan sistem informasi KKN yang tersedia dan dapat diakses untuk digunakan di setiap kampus yang mempunyai kegiatan KKN sebagai syarat akademis untuk menyelesaikan gelar sarjana. Nenania mengklaim bahwa tidak sebagian besar kampus menggunakan proses digital untuk mengelola kegiatan KKN. Hal ini kurang baik untuk perguruaan tinggi karena pengelolaan data menjadi tidak efektif. Selain itu, tidak semua kampus menggunakan proses administrasi yang sama dengan Universitas Gadjah Mada. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, sangat dibutuhkan sistem informasi KKN untuk menangani kegiatan pendaftaran, verifikasi, penjadwalan untuk pengarahan, pemeriksaan kesehatan, pencatatan pemeriksaan medis, kegiatan tes secara digital, plotting dan mudah diimplementasikan untuk berbagai persyaratan kampus lainnya. Sistem ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preporcessor) dengan framework Laravel, javascript, webserver Apache, dan MySQL untuk database. Produk dari pengembangan sistem informasi ini adalah sistem informasi KKN yang dapat mengelola data peserta KKN lebih mudah dan mudah untuk mengontrol aliran informasi aktivitas KKN secara online.

Nenania is a software house that collaborate with Direktorat Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Gadjah Mada to develop information system which managing pre-SCS, SCS, post-SCS level. One of the masterplan is providing SCS information system that available and accesible to use in every campus that hold SCS as academic requisite to finish the degree. Nenania claimed that not most of campus uses digital process to manage the registration process and the data. This is disreputable for higher education organization because of ineffevctive to manage data. Beside of those, not all of campus using the similar adminstration process to Universitas Gadjah Mada. Based on that problem, urgently needed information system Pre SCS to handle the activity of student registration and verification, scheduling for briefing and medical check up, recording the medical check up, activity of General test, and participants plotting digitally and easy to be implemented for various requirements of other campus. This system is built with PHP (Hypertext Preporcessor) programming language with Laravel framework, javascript, Apache as webserver, and MySQL for Database. The product of this information system development is information system of pre SCS that can manage participant of SCS data easier and easy to control information flow of SCS activity by online.
