Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar biaya produksi tiap sortimen kayu gergajian per m3, kapasitas produksi industri PGM Jatirogo, rendemen penggunaan bahan baku, dan keuntungan tiap sortimen kayu gergajian per m3 . Penelitian ini dilakukan di Penggergajian Mesin (PGM) Jatirogo KPH Jatirogo Perum Perhutani Unit II Jawa Timur. Biaya produksi tiap sortimen kayu gergajian diperoleh dari jumlah biaya variabel dan biaya tetap tiap sortimen kayu gergajian. Kapasitas produksi diperoleh dari prestasi kerja per hari. Rendemen penggunaan bahan baku diperoleh dengan membandingkan volume kayu gergajian dengan volume log yang digergaji kemudian dikalikan 100%. Keuntungan tiap sortimen kayu gergajian per m3 diperoleh dari harga jual tiap sortimen kayu gergajian per m3 dikurangi biaya produksi tiap sortimen kayu gergajian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah biaya produksi kayu gergajian Bahan Baku Industri (BBI) Garden Furniture adalah Rp 2.874.302,91 /m3 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp 615.679,09 /m3 , biaya produksi kayu gergajian BBI Lam Parquet adalah Rp 2.825.603,32 /m3 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp 708.235,68 /m3 , biaya produksi kayu gergajian BBI Finish Flooring adalah Rp 2.870.857,77 /m3 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp 471.674,23 /m3 , biaya produksi kayu gergajian BBI Skirting adalah Rp 2.756.562,86 /m3 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp 135.731,14 /m3 , biaya produksi kayu gergajian BBI Parquet Block adalah Rp 2.870.104,91 /m3 dan kerugiannya sebesar Rp 92.689,91 /m3, biaya produksi BBI Parquet Mosaiks adalah Rp 182.925,44 /m3 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp 297.589,56 /m3 , biaya produksi kayu gergajian Lokal adalah Rp 181.101,00 / m3 dan keuntungannya sebesar Rp 348.135,00/ m3 ,sedangkan kapasitas produksi PGM Jatirogo sebesar 14.997,4677 m3 kayu gergajian per tahun dan rendemen log menjadi gergajian yang diprioritaskan sebesar 31,600075% kayu

Objectives of the research s .re to find production cost of each sawn timber assortment per m 3, production capacity of PGM industry Jatirogo, productivity of raw materials usage, and profit of each sawn timber assortmentper m3. The research was carried out of PGM industry Jatirogo, KPH Jatirogo, Perum Perhutani Unit II East Java. Production cost of each sawn timber assortment was found by summing variable and fixed cost of every sawn timber assortment, production capacity was found of daily production, productivity of raw materials usage was found by comparing sawn timber volume to log volume, multiplied by 100%. Profit of each sawn timber assortment per m3 was found ; price of each sawn timber assortment per m 3 subtracted by production cost of one. The results of the research are production cost of Garden Furniture assortment Rp 2,874,302.91/m3 and the profit Rp 615,671.09/m3; production cost of Lam Parquet assortment Rp 2,825,603.32/m3 and the profit Rp 703,235.68/m3; production cost of Finish Flooring Rp 2,870,857.77/m3 and the profit Rp 471,674.23/m 3 ; production cost of Skirting assortment Rp 2,765,562.86/m 3 and the profit Rp 135, 731.14/m3; production cost of Parquet Block Rp 2,870,104.91/m3 and the loss Rp92,689.91/m3; production cost of Parquet Mosaiks Rp 182,925.44/m3 and the profit. Rp 297,589.56/m3; production cost of local sawn timber Rp 181, 101.00/m3 and the profit Rp 348,135.00/m 3. Production capacity of PGM industry Jatirogo 14,997.4677 m3 sawn timber a year and the productivity 31.600075 % .
